Win River Resort & Casino

Check in was at 3:00 pm & we arrived at 3:05. Our room was not ready. We were not able to check in until 5:00 pm. The staff was very friendly & apologetic.Even though the lobby was non smoking it smelled like cigarette smoke. We look for valets & bell service when we travel. There was no bell service & the valet was closed on Sunday.

Won't be back. Not for us!

Staff was very nice at check in and all over the Resort. Very kind! We awoke to 3 people pounding on our door in the middle of the night. It was creepy! There was also a stain in front of the door on the carpet. Eeek! I wouldn't stay again as it doesn't feel very safe.
