The room itself was nice. The amenities were so lacking- coffee pot very difficult to use, no tissue or enough washcloths (1 only) door hard to open/close, and no instructions to operate tv. I will probably use another facility nearby next time I come to this town.

Horrible. Blood stained carpets (a LOT of blood), holes in walls, holes in bathroom door (clearly someone put their fist through 3), smoke detector covered with a plastic bag, bed bugs and homeless roaming the halls. Better to sleep in your car.

First room we went into smelled like an astray. It was gross. The rooms appear clean then taking a second look there was stains and mold in the shower, the carpets and walls smelled and the tv was glitchy. The second room we got was being worked on and it was not cleaned from the workers. There was moldy coffee cup in the bathroom . There was a bucket underneath the sink with black pieces of crap all over there. I went down stairs to show them the picture of it and they did nothing. We had to sleep there because it was late. Gross. The card readers to get in were broken so you had to go through the lobby. The elevator was broken so we had to take the stairs. This was the worst stay ive ever had in a hotel. Do not stay at this hotel in Redding. Horrible.

Staff was great. A fine place to stay after a long day of driving with two dogs. Our AC/fan had a loud whistling sound. The building we were in was in the back which was great, but I think that’s where all of the dogs stayed as it sometimes sounded like a dog

I woke up to a cockroach crawling on my arm, I could not go back to sleep and I did not want to wake my husband who had been driving all day and we were checking out in a couple of hours anyway. As we are getting ready to leave I was in the bathroom, I saw a small one on the bathroom door. I took pictures of all the roaches I encountered in the room. We started to pack ASAP. When I told the hotel staff, she did not seem surprised and she just said oh I will let the cleaning staff know and turn around. I was an horrible experience. Needless to say we did not wait for the breakfast.

My room was not clean. There was no coffee. When I went down for breakfast, there was only cereal and an apple. Everything was out of order. The room numbers were all missing, and it was written in pencil. I had to literally take my key card to see which room was mine!

I found a used syringe in my bed! So gross, and unsafe. The towels were stained, and the floor was filthy. The carpet was soaking wet near the air conditioning unit, which caused the room to be moldy and triggered my allergies. I am never going back there.

The room #348 was disgusting…the carpet was worn out and dirty. The furniture was pathetic. The toilet was so low to the floor, you could hardly get up. We will never ever stay there again. Overall, this place is totally worn out.
