The internet went down for two of the 5 days that I was there. This was a big inconvenience as I had items to complete for work. The hotel itself is ok. There is nothing special or extra ordinary. The pool itself is located inside the building which made it nice.

Stayed at the SureStay March 19-21. A very frustrating experience from the start. I had requested a pet friendly room and early check in. The staff seemed too overwhelmed and untrained in customer service and couldn’t seem to handle anything. When I was allowed to check in I was told they had no more pet friendly rooms an I had to make arrangements for our dog who was showing at the Anderson Dog Show. This was unacceptable. The room was not cleaned to the specs necessary during Covid. My sheets had hair all over them, it just looked like Housekeeping had run quickly through our room. The power plugs in the room were loose and couldn’t hold on to a plug in them, this is an electrical hazard waiting to happen. The window was filthy. The door lock was the wrong size so we were not able to lock the door securely. It seemed like they had replaced the door handle and lock but never sized it to the jamb. It was a miserable experience. There are so many hotel options in the Redding area, I would recommend any of them ahead of this place. Stay away from this hotel.

Location is good and lots of restaurants nearby. Friendly staff. Tried their best to provide breakfast during pandemic by preparing brown bag with either water or juice, then there’s a muffin and a fruit ( you can choose). Nothing fancy but it helps when you are on the go. 2 rooms we reserved were clean. Having a refrigerator and a microwave in the room is a plus. The carpet can use some shampooing. Elevator is old and slow. If you are only looking for a clean room and comfy bed, this is your hotel.

Only one employee in sight. He was busy, and it took a long time to get acknowledged, let alone checked in.

The service rep at the front desk was very friendly, even at 9:30 pm at night. The room was updated and clean. Very comfortable overnight stay! What we also greatly appreciated was the thoughtfulness that was put into for the "continental breakfast" - b/c of COVID, they had individually "breakfast" bag and a sweet sticker label put on there. Great touch!

More clean linen would have been nice needed towels for for 2 people not only one

Love the jacuzzi in the suite. Very clean all around, friendly staff and very knowledgable.

Property was clean. Room had strong smell, possibly chemicals or air fresheners. Rooms were decent and updated, the halls and carpet outside the room was older.

Everything was fine with them except Orbitz overbooked this hotel and created too much chaos for me and then never helped me when I called.

Excellent value for your money. Hotel location is easy to find and convenient for food a d shopping.

Clean, quiet, comfortable,nice location. Why do you want more ? That almost wants me to just forget he whole eating.

My husband and I stayed here for a night of relaxation away from the kids. We got a room with a jaccuzzi. It was lovely. It was eactly what we needed.

Dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in especially for the money. Bathroom stunk horribly. Dead bugs all over the place, and it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in months.

Our stay included a power outage and no complimentary breakfast. That being said, considering the weather I was just glad to have a place to stay the night. I'm sure under normal conditions it's a decent place to stay

Checked in at 7:00pm and it was 103 degrees outside. Pool was closed, no water in it. Had booked the room that day and wasn't told about the lack of water in pool.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was totally great. We weren't pleased with the following: - 3rd floor hallway smelled moldy and gross. The smell was strong and it was very unpleasant having to walk past it 5 or 6 times. Seems like someone spilled something, but management just ignored it. - Our room's sink had a leak that sprayed. - Our room's shower dipped/bowed down when you stepped into it, which made us question the structural integrity and safety of it. Besides that, the room seemed clean and tidy. We had a good night's rest and moved on. We enjoyed out stay at the Baymont in Anderson, CA a little bit more.

Light must be turned on for lamp and radio to work. Why was I put in handicap room? Coffee pot lid brokeen off ((not by me). Otherwise good room.

Location is good and lots of restaurants nearby. Friendly staff.
