The property’s absurd rules. No guests that live within 55 miles and no expired IDs. I’ve NEVER had a hotel ask for ALL guests IDs and I’ve stayed at numerous hotels. I wish I would’ve booked somewhere else.

Over all the hotel is ok. Bed was comfortable but housekeeping was average at best. There was hair in the sink, lampshades and pictures were crooked. There was no nose tissues available. Sterling who checked us in was good, parking was easy. Nothing the hotel can do about this, but just a warning to other travelers; you have to turn left onto a one way street when leaving the hotel with cars coming fast around a blind corner to your right. Be very careful.

There was a leak on the floor. Reoccurring, as in the morning, the major leak was by the sink again. 2. The shower was "stripped". Either boiling hot or cold. 3. New "check-in" desk person. We said, "quiet room". We were put in a room by the I-5 freeway. The meth heads had the rooms by the office.

Terrible hotel staff and gross dirty room! My husband and I stayed 3 nights. The last morning at 7 am I handed my keys to the guy that works in the lobby at night. I was charged an extra night for not checking out! I have been calling and fighting with the hotel ever since. Check other reviews, they rip people off! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
