I stayed in this particular hotel before the staff very accommodating very nice room and plenty of parking and close proximity to where I need to go in the city of Redding.

Never a complainer and don’t plan to start but note that the area is loud at night because it’s near the highway, there was no soap, shampoo, or do not disturb sign in the room, and my family got eaten alive but what seem to be bed bugs. There was also a urine stain. Otherwise people were very nice and accommodating.

The staff were considerate and patient during our check in. There was a wonderful verity for breakfast. My only complaint is that the bathtub took an extremely long time to drain and for 140$ it would have been nice to have a fully functional shower.

Breakfast had plenty of options for us and the lady keeping everything stocked during breakfast was warm and welcoming. If i need acheqp room ill come back again because the staff was welcoming.
