Very clean and modern. You have to pay extra for parking but other than that great stay

At check-in reception was nice and welcoming. The room was decent. However the pillow had yellow stains and towels had yellow stains. The next morning found a small cockroach in the bathroom. We left our room around 1pm and room wasn't cleaned when we returned later that night. Overall, it's overpriced for what we discovered in our room.

It was very clean and new, front desk was very helpful and the restaurant was great. Our only issue was the mini-fridge in our room was not working.

The staff was especially warm & welcoming, which made us feel better about traveling during this challenging time. Staff & guests wore masks inside the hotel, which was also a plus.

Because of COVID, I could not use the pool and other amenities. However, the restaurant staff were rude and did not explain properly where the line forms for take out and then asked for 25 min between when the dinner was ready for pick-up and when was going to be delivered.

SO WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR RESERVATION ITS NOT UNTIL YOU ARRIVE THAT THE RESORT CHARGES YOU AN ADDITIONAL $50? I COULD OF BOOKED THIS DIRECTLY WITHOUT USING ORBITZ AND SAVED MONEY. I KNOW NOW!

I like that the hotel was pet friendly and treated my dog like a guest at the hotel with his own doggie menu, bed, food bowls and doggie doodoo bag holder in tge shape of a bone that connected to his collar. The room and hotel was very clean and comfortable. We loved the outdoor fire pits and adorandac chairs.

Staff was excellent - friendly and helpful. Service was prompt. great restaurant

The stay was very pleasant and worth the trip. We would defiantly return.

Great service and amenities. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable with all the amenities you expect from a high end hotel. Niecest Sheraton I have stayed at yet.
