Used towels (with what looked like fecal matter) reused and hung on bathroom rack. When I pulled it down to use backside was filthy. This is a health concern. Two of the towels were used. Took to front desk and left changed. Also took photos. Unacceptable.

The room had a wet carpet, something dried and gross on the couch a dirty tissue under the bed. The pull out had no sheets. It was so yucky and it smelled like cat pee.

We checked in and went to dinner. While we were eating, the power went out in the entire hotel. We went out shopping until 8 pm and the power was STILL out. No lights in our room, no tv, no internet.....we had to book a room in another hotel.
