Our double room was a bit small. We had hard time finding enough space to open our suitcases. There was also an unpleasant smell of old disinfectant that was disturbing.

Very friendly staff, our room was on street side right on a corner, very noisy along with flag pole which had banging metal with the wind blowing. Beds were not comfortable, too hard. Toilet is very very low, someone with health issues would have a hard time using. We are happy they accept dogs, room was close to exit door & on ground floor, with plenty of areas to walk on leash.

Emily and Isaac were terrific, as was the blonde woman covering both the dining and front desk.My husband turned back covers to find large live black ant. He pulled more back to find where it was coming from-discovered bugs, stained mattress pad Rm 102. We told the desk and they offered Rm 103-stained bedding. They offered an upgrade to larger room, more stained bedding and dirty carpet. We opted after all fresh linens replaced those in 103 to stay. In the morning my husband had 3 bites on his neck and there were two bugs in the bed, 3 in the bathroom. We received no compensation, because I prepaid through Expedia. 24 hours later, not a peep from mgmt. Hotel staff were flustered, embarrassed, and apologized profusely. They did their best in spite of the situation.
