Not as pictured .. room had no seperate sitting area no couch no chair and I paid for a deluxe with supper sitting area The room wasn't big enough for a sitting area very small... some parts of the building in disrepair. first two rooms I was given had no electricity at all. And this is deemed acceptable I don't get it so we left.

It was on a drive home. It was very clean, even when using my UV light to check for the remains of previous guests. Not a spot! Found worse in 4 and 5 star hotels. It was an easy check in and comfortable beds. A good experience in an older property

Was a last minute booking due to a change in travel plans. The only thing we could get in Rapid City. The clerk was very polite and helpful but the place was dirty outside. Cigarette butts everywhere. People loitering near the doors smoking. The halls were very stinky. The room itself was clean and the bed super comfortable.

A 5 Star Rating For An Unexpected Extended Stay

The room exceeded my expectations for a solo person, was not expecting to need to extend my stay here, but this place is perfect for myself. The room is spacious for a solo person and even couples (had guests), with plenty of storage space, and was very cleam. The bed & couch were comfy & modern, there is a full sized fridge along with a great mounted smart tv, it was easy to connect to my streaming services. The couch can turn into a futon as well. The workers are all friendly and great, It was very simple & easy to extend my stay, and Zach was very incredible & professional. Only things I would suggest for more "comfort" would be a rug in the room and a small/mid sized chair.
