Pool was closed. Elevator broke. No extended checkout even though parking lot was empty. Had to go ask for wash clothes and person didnt speak english. Tried to translate. She was out so didnt put in room. Finally brought later. Otherwise it was fine.

We’ve stayed here several times over the past year, and every time we are not disappointed! The beds are also comfy and the rooms always clean. They have ample parking spaces for the amount of rooms in the hotel so we’re not fighting to find one at 1AM. The breakfast is always well stocked, and we love how in the weekends the hours are extended! Just small touches like that make a huge difference!

Upon checking in at 3, the room was not ready for us. We waiting for an hour, but staff was friendly and attentive the entire time. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast options were wonderful. One elevator was out of service, but that didn't seem to hinder the flow of people. Overall a good experience.
