Will not be staying here again…

We booked the hotel online. We felt unsafe as several of the doors locks on the outside of the hotel were not functional or easily bypassed due to exposed wires. It looked like somebody had kicked out or been thrown through one of the windows by the door which has then been replaced only with a thin piece of laminate. The police were there multiple times during the two nights we stayed. There were also signs about punishing trespassers on the doors. It appeared as if some of the hotel was being rented out as housing, which we did not expect from a Days Inn. The breakfast the first day was bare as if the front desk person or attendant didn’t care. The hotel was also dirty and in disrepair.

The help was friendly, some very conscientious and some not. Our windows faced the parking lot & the curtains had the lining torn out. It was as light as day all through the night and each day we were promised they'd be replaced before the next night. That was three nights of excuses Amenities were great and the bed comfy, nice shower and a pleasant stay except for the impossibly of sleeping well when it's never dark

Hotel was just ok

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean mostly. The whole hotel could use some extra detail cleaning. I don't think under the microwave has been cleaned in months!! Behind the bathroom door was equally gross. The curtains were NOT thick and the second the sun came up the room was bright. And there were at least a dozen holes in the curtain. The walls and door are very thin! You can hear everything! Breakfast wasn't great. Only egg option was cold premade cheese omelettes that you had to microwave. No meat at all. Just waffles, toast or cereal. The young girl working the breakfast was great at keeping everything stocked. On the 3 days she had off everything was ALWAYS out! When the front desk guy was told something was out, such as plates, he huffed and got angry, as he was watching TV on his laptop and didn't want to leave his show. The cleaning ladies in the mornings were very nice and friendly and always helped the second we asked for anything, such as TP or clean towels. The 2 lobby chairs were absolutely gross. The top of the back rests were black and greasy from yrs of guests using them. They smelled horrible! We didn't use the pool, we used guest laundry twice. That was great to have! Area wasn't bad. Close to everything and the hwy. No elevator. The overnight desk guy was great! He has longer black hair. He was helpful and friendly. Wasn't a great hotel but it served its purpose.

There is no water to buy in the hotel! We had to drive to Walmart to get water. Our room had tape holding the wall paper in place in our bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Parking felt safe. The doors coming in to the hotel were not safe, they were broken and some worked and some did not.
