great staff, very nice people. we had to walk too much to get from one end to the other just to get somothing to eat.
Nice hotel very clean and staff was nice. Only drawback the blankets are too thin almost felt like a heavier sheet. Invest in some new pillows. The ones they had were okay and they gave us plenty of them but I could tell from permanent indentation and floppiness that it had been some years since replaced. could also use some upgrades for the flooring and bathroom. Other than that the pool was nice loved the basketball court and the variety of breakfast was great and tasted good

The hotel is fine and the staff was nice; however, they turned off our power from 10 PM on Sun until 6 AM on Mon. They said it was a city requirement, but they conveniently didn't inform us until late Sat night with a letter under our door. I find it hard to believe they didn't know about this in advance and could have informed us sooner. I booked this hotel months in advance for Hard Summer..and nothing was said when I checked in Fri. I spoke to the front desk in Sat to see if we would be credited for this and she said there was nothing they could do. If they gave us a credit they would have to give everyone a credit. That's ridiculous! We had to come back from Hard Summer and get flashlights around midnight just to walk to our room. We couldn't see anything and had no way to make any food and barely shower in the dark. I thought the hotel was fine until this incident that kind of ruined our weekend. I wouldn't stay here again since they were so nonchalant about the power shutdown and offered no alternatives. We were basically told to deal with it in a nicer way.
Room has plenty of room & useful furniture. Very nice!
nice location, breakfast is very basic, stayed in one bedroom suit with my family and it was very convenient.
Everything was nice and clean. The only thing I did not like was that you can hear everything that the person next door is doing other than that it was great.
We stayed at the hotel before and after the Tim McGraw concert just up the freeway on Saturday night. The suite was roomy and well equipped. The hotel was quiet and had an awesome free breakfast on Saturday morning. We hung out at the refreshing pool during the afternoon. We took this same trip exactly a year ago and stayed at the hotel across the way. We both prefer Homewood Suites and we will stay there again next year.
