I only stayed here because they were one of few hotels that had breakfast and indoor pool. Very disappointed I was not told the pool was closed.

Staff was great, very helfull just a few things i did not like the cut off time for breakfas was to early 9:00am, also chairs at dining room material peeling on chairs, and pool was under maintanance dissapointed i chose this hotel because of the indoor pool. Hotel was nice and clean.

The room was mostly good, the lamp outlets were touchy on functioning, . The front dest staff needed better attentive customer service, like answering phone and being at the desk Was disappointing the pool was n not open and staff put off answering saying iwner be in the fillowing morning

After check-in was complete host tells us the indoor pool was closed for "seasonal cleaning". Not advertised on website, not advertised as you enter the doors. This should be know ahead of time as some people, like myself, booked an indoor pool to keep the kids occupied! This was the start of a horrible experience. There was a weird smell throughout the entire hotel and things were bit outdated! We get to our floor and notice our door was open, no room attendant or anything, just left open. Door does not latch well when closing. The light at the doorway was horrible and too dimmed. Lights throughout the room were unplugged and we had to figure out where the outlets were. As we were moving the nightstand and bed to find outlets, we discovered trash underneath the bed. Just overall terrible experience at this hotel. Breakfast hot food was watery eggs, waffles and sausage. Had rotten bananas out. Only water, orange juice, milk, and coffee. Apple juice was out and thats the preference the kids have for breakfast. Luckily we were there only for 1 day. But never again booking this place when we're back in town.

Everything was great, clean room, comfortable beds. Pillows wasnt great but i always bring my own cause im picky. Reason for 4 stars was because pool was closed. Our main reason for booking this particular hotel.

The pool is shut down for “seasonal maintenance”. We woke up to no power, early in the morning. No backup generators. No shower. No breakfast vouchers to make up for the breakfast. Wouldn’t stay again.
