Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Homewood Suites. Staff was so nice and helpful. The room was nice and clean and kitchem was great. Followed by a delicious breakfast buffet in the morning. Highly recommend! Will definitely be staying again and will find Homewood Suites to stay when we travel again.

This HOTEL IS SUPER AMAZING!! I loved the extremely wonderful service!!! The rooms were extremely spacious. We will definitely come again to this hotel as we had an amazing experience. The restroom was huge and clean. The morning breakfast was delicious. We got exceptional care from Amy and Sherry!!! We needed a couple extra items during our stay and they were soooo helpful

The hotel could have been nice had it been cleaned and taken care of a little better. After a long day of travel we needed to shower when we first checked in. The room appeared to be nice at first, until we noticed the floor was covered in all sort of black fuzz, so we had to wear sandals at all times. The shower had hair from previous guest stuck to the floor, walls, and body wash dispenser. We decided to go down to the pool the next day which was filthy. My boyfriend skimmed the pool so ourselves and other guest who were out there could use it. He spoke to the front desk about it and they offered him an extra coffee at breakfast if he wanted (coffee that was already free). We also reported the cleanliness or rather lack of, of our room to the front desk. Then I find after check out I was charged a fee of $75 for smoking and we are not even smokers! So basically we clean their pool, make a complaint about our room being dirty and in return they charge me $75 for smoking and we absolutely do not smoke! Great customer service.
