Terrible place and super dirty.

Please do you a favor and don’t book n this place. It stink, the elevator had vomit, the rooms were beyond dirty, the towels were disgusting, the countertops all splatter and gross. The hotel doesn’t look like the picture at all and the people at this place looked sooo sketchy. I didn’t feel safe at all.

There was VOMIT on the elevator splatter on the wall too

This was part of the set of towels left in the room.

Ok stay, close to what we needed to see

Was an ok place to sleep. Front desk lady was nice and welcoming. Other then that nothing but a place to shower and sleep. When we booked it did say continental breakfast was provided, however when we woke up and went to the lobby there was a sign that said they no longer offer breakfast. Towels in the room were folded etc, however when we went to use them only one was clean. Room could use some painting and smelled a bit musty.

Would we stay here… if they clean the rooms.

There were a few good things. Good air conditioning and close to LENOVO Arena. Staff was okay. Bed was somewhat comfortable. Now to the bad: Room was absolutely not clean and the bottom floor smelled like pot non stop. Bathroom was filthy and not clean. Had stains everywhere. Hanger was broke. Aluminum ball just randomly in the bathroom. “Clean” towers still had dirt and yellow stains on them. Sticky floor all over the room. I asked a person coming out if they liked it there and they said meh and now I see why.

Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with the condition of my recent stay at your hotel. The room was unfortunately not up to standard. There were noticeable stains on the chairs, and one of them had accumulated dirt and debris under the cushion. Additionally, the room's floor was unclean and emitted an unpleasant odor, as if it had been mopped with a greasy substance. Due to these conditions, my husband and I felt it necessary to purchase our own towels and bedding to ensure a more comfortable stay. Furthermore, there was a family with young children staying in the lobby area, which created a rather chaotic and noisy environment. Despite these issues, I would like to acknowledge that the front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. Horror hotel

Upon check-in, we were told that the room I had asked for was not available and they did not have handicapped rooms, I asked for a walk in shower because I had hip surgery . I had also asked for a suite with a sofa, Rashsa, said they didn't have any rooms like that, website says they do. Was given a room 314 top floor, no towels. Coffee pot wasn't working, toaster out of order, no cups,no plates,no silverware, roaches running in the cabinets, ice maker didn't work , THEY GAVE US AN ICE TRAY ,said that's the best they could do. Bathroom had black hair everywhere, I used my dawn dishwash to clean the tub and sink. BEDS WERE VERY OLD, THEY SQUEAK everytime you moved. Metal rusty squeeks. People hanging around smoking pot all night.

100% catfished

The hotel.com photos are not even close to reality! First, I was coming in on business at the last minute and was looking at the photos - I purposely picked this place due to the breakfast photo. None offered! The bathroom was so run down. The tub was dirty - I didn’t even shower. The bedding had stains. The fridge was 100 years old & loud. This place 100% cat fished me! I’ll never be back & so disappointed I wasted over $100 here! The location is also random! By a school. I love the trailer parked in a handicap spot too! Ridiculous.
