Noisy loud maids!

Did not enjoy my stay due to the loud noisy maids in the halls.

Hotel Real Alameda

Nice Hotel, Good Service, Details Need Fine Tuning

We were basically very happy with this hotel, and the service was very prompt and friendly. There were only a few staff fluent in English, which was a bit of a problem at times. The breakfast bullet was extensive and very nice, although the restaurant did seem to be somewhat short-staffed. The room configuration we had was a bit odd. We had a corner room with a king bed and a queen bed. There was little bathroom privacy, as the bathroom was not walled in. There was a shower stall, but no private place to dry off and dress, which is awkward unless the room tenants are just one couple. The toilet had a small room of its own, but the sink area faced out toward the beds. Therefore, if one person got up, everyone was woken. Our room key cards needed re-keying multiple times in our two-day stay. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee supplies. No bottled water was provided with the room; you had to buy it. The first day we had 3 bath towels and a hand towel. The 2nd day, the dirty towels were taken away, but none were left...we had to call for towels. There must have been a towel shortage, because, they wanted to know exactly how many towels were wanted, and we had to ask again for some wash clothes, as none were provided either day. Someone else's socks were on the floor tucked up next to the bed. Our safe malfunctioned & locked in our valuables & would not open. The manager came and opened it, but it would no longer take a combination.

City Express Queretaro Jurica

Getaway

Very good location. It's in a plaza with good restaurants and a bar. Easy to find it. Nice continental breakfast. Clean. You can hear the sounds of other rooms, that's the only limitation.

Homewood Suites by Hilton Queretaro

Very good hotel

Staff was very polite and welcoming. Service was a little slow though. I requested extra sheets for sofa bed, but they didn’t show up until the second request. The sofa bed though was extremely uncomfortabe. It reminded of one Seinfeld episode :) Breakfast was delicious. Great variety of Mexican food. Overall really good experience.
