It was a nice experience, the hotel is nice and has a great location. Has everything that you find in higher class hotels, in a 3 Star category.
Did not enjoy my stay due to the loud noisy maids in the halls.
we had 2 rooms a double and a triple, yet everyday we had to request towels and water for both rooms, air conditioning on the triple room was extremely noise, so loud that the entire room vibrated, could not leave it on over night. I probably give the place another try, since we stayed over a busy time of the year.

Hotel refused to honor our supposedly prepaid reservation. Then they charged 20% more than my [...] reservation confirmed and paid for rate. Hotel rooms are dirty, old, locks are substandard, and outdoor hallways and parking areas are dark, unlit, and scarey. Staff and management are non responsive and rude. As seasoned Mexican travelor, who are flexible, this is first hotel, that I can truly say should be avoided, regardless of the price.
