I loved the modern construction of the property, i was in one of the top floors and the view to the valley was amazing. I also liked the location which was close to everything, specially historic center of Queretaro.

Very centric hotel with easy access to all areas in town. Loved that it had restaurants and convenience stores near by. On the downside, the towels sometimes smelled bed and the showers could use some deep cleaning.

The expectation was high as looked for the Santa Fe's hote servicel level. No room service, no coffee maker, c'mon, it's a business class hotel and not even a coffee machine in service unless is breakfast's service time!
