A reliable option, surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops, perfect for 'a place to sleep'. Do not have high hopes, yet, they do provide the basics. Centrally located, easy to move around and close to industrial parks and a short drive to downtown.
We stayed two nights, the hotel is within walking distance shopping center (restaurants, office max, bars, Mcdonalds, starbucks), at night depending on where your room is at, the music from the bars maybe too loud. The room is quite small, it was all we need it for 2 days. Staff is not that friendly, and the breakfast was okay.
We had made reservations at the hotel, I made a mistake and made it a day early. We contacted the hotel and Booking.com and stated we would just pay for the extra night. We arrived the next day in the evening at 9:30 pm and the desk clerk informed us the manager canceled the reservation as he was having an employee party and there was no other rooms available. They would not even give myself access to the internet in the lobby so I could check to find another place. Very unprofessional and we will never try to go there again. We went back to the same place we were at before and they were very accommodating and professional.
Reception staff is friendly, but I recommend that you print your reservation and keep it handy. Twice they haven't find my reservation, but everything was ok when I show my printed one. It offers a buffet breakfast, with decent coffee, fresh juice, fruits, bread, scrambled eggs and cereals. The room is clean, a bit small, but comfortable. Bed and mattress are very good. It has 2 uncomfortable chairs; bathroom clean, with toiletries and bottle water (free). The hotel is located near the new shopping mall in Queretaro. It's about 15 minutes away from the bus station, and 25 minutes from the airport.
This hotel is located inside a small mall "Urban Center" there's a starbucks, mc donalds, walmart, restaurants and banks. Is close to the mall "Antea" you can find El Palacio de Hierro nearby there's another store Liverpool and cinemas. But the airport and downtown are 40 mins by car, is close to Jurica and Juriquilla. The hotel has gym, restaurant, wi-fi, breakfast (is good coffee, yogurt, cereal, milk, eggs, chilaquiles, juice, fruit very good ). The rooms are fine medium size and clean but a little bit hot, you must keep the air conditioner all the time. The staff is nice.
Basic hotel, small room but bright, comfortable and clean. Great location in a small plaza next to Starbucks and other restaurants and very close to Antea mall. Easy highway access and free parking. Basic breakfast but ok to commence your day.
This is a business-oriented hotel and for that purpose it complies completely: wi-fi, shower, bed, a/c, gym (small), continental breakfast for a very good rate. It is located inside a small mall that has restaurants, starbucks, mcdonalds, and just around the corner from a supermarket and banks. Service is very nice. Nearby there is a huge mall (with cinemas, brand stores, etc) that is worth the visit. Perhaps if you are travelling with family you will find it a little bit small in terms of space. However, if the plan is just to use it for the night it can be a very good option due to it's value.
I stayed here during the XMAS holidays. The pros are the price we payed (about 72 dollars), the location in a small shopping mall that has almost everything you could need, close to Jurica and Juriquilla areas and to an eight minute ride from a great shopping mall called Antea. Also, the staff is extremely nice and helpful, the facilities are good and clean, not noisy at all and has a simple complementary breakfast, plus coffee and tea at every time of the day. The cons is that the rooms are small and the electronic key cards fail every now and then (which immediately gets fixed by the nice staff). All in all I'd stay here as many times as needed!
This is a "hit and run" hotel. A nice place to sleep and have a meal (they are located in a small mall). They offer a complimentary continental breakfast that is not spectacular but helps you start your day, if you want something more elaborated, they have their own restaurant. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, with complimentary wi-fi. Due to its location, I suggest you make a reservation beforehand, since it tend to be full all year long.
