Spent one night at hotel. They suggested I take a room on the executive floor where I could meet a client and do some work. Became quite ill that night. Im the morning I was still very ill and asked for an extended checkout as my flight did not leave until 9pm that next night. I offered also to pay for the extra day even though I wasn't staying overnight. The hotel said no room and I would have to leave. Even though I was violently ill. They gave me one hour to leave. They came to my door and took my things as they said they needed the room for someone else. This was only at 12pm in the day. They could not even grant me s couple of hours to try to clean myself up for traveling. Horrible management. I have never been treated so poorly while travelling. No one even asked how I was doing or showed any consent. Never staying again.
I have been staying at this hotel for the past 5 years and Always I get positively surprised by its service and quality. The staff at the front desk is prompt and kind. Food is of a verey high quality and you can Always enjoy the tipical mexican desayunos.
The positives: - friendly staff - clean - comfortable, spacious room - curtains completely block outside light - restaurant though not atmospheric does serve excellent local food To work on: - the bath was topped with a marble surround which did not match its sizing precisely. This was uncomfortable (and cold), but also dangerous - when pulling myself up from the bathtub, the top of my backbone brushed it and would have been bruised if any faster. - the teabags and coffee in the room are chargeable. This seems parsimonious for a hotel of this level. - the commercials in the room are annoying, for charity donations and more. I want as little unnecessary information to absorb as possible when staying in a room. So there is work to be on the details, but overall this is a comfortable, welcoming hotel and I would happily revisit.
It was a good stay. The lounge on the 5th floor was very convenient and has a nice view of part of the city. Also, early breakfast set up (starting at 6:00 am) is practical for business travelers. Walking distance to a couple malls and some groceries stores. Requires transportation to go to downtown
Nice hotel, good breakfast and a very decent gym, it's conveniently located to access highways, well maintained mexican style. The pool and the patio are very nice to spend the day while you wait for uou work schedule to start.
Very good atmosphere and friendly service. the service in the lobby had some prolems to read the dates of the visa cards from the reservation. To me it is not understandable why he didn't ask me for my card again!?
Spent a few nights there, large room well appointed, quiet as facing the courtyard, carpet a bit tired, shower lukewarm and rough towels otherwise a pretty good hotel. Very friendly and efficient staff. Well maintained common areas. Great breakfast. Had dinners there and food's well prepared with good choice (only blip was beef grey instead of rare). Waiters are very nice. A good place overall.
From the first moment that I arrived to the return taxi ride back to the airport this hotel provided the perfect home while living abroad. The staff maintains excellence at all times and is eager to serve. The room was spotless and beautiful, Thank you for that. The food was exquisite in the restaurant equally as much as room service. The 5th floor had a happy hour that provided the perfect food and drink after coming back from the day before dinner.
I stayed 4 days in this hotel as part of a business trip. The hotel inside is very nice and the food as well. the rooms are big and clean and the bed very comfortable. the inside is much nicer than the look from outside. the breakfast is great, the lunch buffet could offer fruits as dessert for the ones that don't like sweets but other than that the rest is fine and the food is very nice in general.
Me and my family had a early dinner with a variety of food from meat to fish. The food was good quality. The wine we had was not good balance between price and quality, but this is quite normal in Mexico. Nice quit Restaurant.
