Casa Inn Premium Hotel Queretaro

3.5 out of 5.0

In the middle of the night a water pipe burst in my room (4:00am). I was moved to another room that smelled like smoke and finally got another room an hour later. I received no apology or discount. The morning breakfast has little to no service, if you want a cup of coffee you wait 20 minutes or have to get it yourself.

Stayed there 6 days. Very comfortable bed, clean and great staff.

The staff didnt fix the hot water ub the room. The manager the same way i am really angry.

Not too fancy, but comfortable and clean, very good price.

I think is one of the newest luxury business class hotels at Queretaro with great rates

This hotel is terrific. 0 complaints. The indoor pool with sauna jacussi and very convenient in this cold season.

Exelent location perfect for a quick going in and out of town

New, clean and modern. A-C would not regulate. Staff ok. another guest was complaining their room had not been made.

Overall is ok, you get what you pay for, but is important to know that the pillows are terrible, they are so hard they won't let you rest.

The bones of this hotel hold great promise and it could be an excellent place to stay. We rented a suite for 3 nights which had lots of space, a great layout but it was finished like a 2 start hotel might be. There was no hair dryer in the room, only two towels, one wash cloth, a Mickey Mouse ironing board and very little else. The wait for taxi's is a minimum of 30 minutes and the door attendants were not very helpful in arranging taxis or providing directions. The rest of the staff was helpful, the food was what you would expect from a 3 start hotel and the bar drinks were good. The place feels as though they started out with a great plan for a nice hotel but ran out of money when it was time to set up operations. I think its a good place for a one night layover on a business trip but I would not recommend it for couples or tourists.

I had a very pleasant experience in the Casa Inn. Staff was friendly and professional. I would recommend this Hotel to anybody.

We were pleased with the Hotel. We knew that it was located a long way from Historic centre of the City but a free shuttle service was provided and utilized by us twice. The staff was excellent and did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. It was terrific value for the money. The only complaint we had was that the air conditioning wasn't on when we were away. They came and turned it on when we requested.

Nice place, near to Queretaro Convention Center, clean, quiet, free wireless, great place to do business!!

Travel arrangements mandated a very late-arrival. However, the staff was most attentive and I received a very warm welcome. The Hotel itself and the room equaled or exceeded any travel experience I have ever encountered. The food was excellent as was 'house-keeping'. I will certainly make this my first choice in future visits. I do, however, believe that the charges for airport transportation are excessive.....$35....?
