Super nice staff, you always feel warm and welcomed when you arrive and stay here. Nice restaurant next door, call le Sain Sert
Staff great; hotel in awkward spot- no one could find it - hard to get to - warning it is in la Defense area which is away from the attractions
Nothing. The Tv was not working and I ask for help and none was provided
To get to this area by subway is difficult. I would not recommend it with suitcases. Area is not convenient to the heart of Paris so if you are taking Uber it will cost you. Apartment was very basic. Floor in bathroom will get wet when you take a shower since it’s the same level as the bathroom floor ...
Stayed for a few days on business, and although the decor is a little dated, I found the hotel generally pleasant, and the staff were friendly, accommodating and spoke good English. Room was clean and with adequate facilities such as TV, hairdrier etc.
A/c wasn't working, addressed the issue to front desk, nothing was done . Traveling in the summer make sure your room has a working a/c
