The Hilton was like a palace. Clean. Kind and courteous staff.

Nothing. The Tv was not working and I ask for help and none was provided

From the time we checked in to checkout, the staff provided top notch service. The front desk provided quick service and there were rarely any lines. Most staff we contacted actually spoke English. The free breakfast was very good quality and they had a person making custom omelets. We were there for a week, so the restaurant hostess learned our names and provided personal service every day.

The area is not a typical Parisian neighborhood. It is all built up with modern sky risers and hotels. I stayed there because it was available with my Hilton points. That being said it is super handy for the Metro and RER line. The mall is right there. And the hotel is very nice!

Grateful that the hotel was able to accommodate us for early check in after traveling all night. Staff are very helpful and go out of their way to help. Shout out to Eloisa at the reception desk and all the friendly staff for the great breakfast daily.

The location is perfect, modern not so crowded. I Loved it!

Hotel is ok, a bit far from the city center, but very close to the metro station, line A

a proper Hilton property...location in La Defense is outside of Paris city limits but immediate access to metro and RER and taxis provides good transportation to tourist areas. Airport transportation is best with a taxi to avoid hassle with luggage. We plan to stay there next Paris trip for Roland Garros.

Nice hotel but not much life in the hotel good only for resting over night

The location is straight in line with major attractions in Paris. Convenient Metro and RER lines. Getting around during the day is easy. The only problem is at night when the mall it is inside of closes and you have to figure out how to get to the hotel outside. I loved the architecture and the room.

Excellent service. Good location if business brings you to La Defense. Be aware that the area does not have many attractions after business hours. Parts of the room and of the hotel looked a little dated. Price was relatively high. The nearby Sofitel is about the same price, but has a newer and more modern feeling.

Some staff were arrogant and unresponsive. Safety deposit in room was defective - didn't open with security code. I had to wait until next day to have it opened. Restaurant had good food and the room was decent size. Painfully slow and expensive Internet access.

Hilton La Defense was a really nice hotel. It was outside of the city which made getting a shuttle or taxi to the hotel a bit more pricey. There is a really nice mall only a few steps away. The train was situated right outside of the hotel entrance which made getting around Paris really easy. The accomidations were nice and clean. There was some construction around the hotel which made the mornings a bit noisy, but otherwise the stay was very comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly, knowledgable and spoke English well. They even had US converters when ours purchased in the US did not work. Overall, it was a great trip and I would stay there again in a heartbeat!
