Serenity Now in Zona Romantica

Located within only a few minutes walking distance from the hustle and bustle of central zona romantica, you will find this beautiful, brand new Penthouse unit in the Serenity Building. This condominium is host to cascading views of the mountainous region of Amapas and the architecture for which it encompasses. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit is fully equipped for convenience and comfort. Restaurants, bars, art galleries and the famous Los Muertos Beach are in close proximity to Serenity.

Serenity Penthouse 6B is located on the South side of the building with beautiful mountain views. Guests will have full access to Penthouse 6B and all it has to offer. It should also be noted that the guest bedroom has two single beds that can easily come together to act as a king.

Guest washer and dryer usage will be permitted to reservations of a minimum of 7 days.

Guests are permitted 30 kw/per day of electricity with their stay. This is an ample amount. What drives the price of electricity up is excessive usage of the air conditioners. It is strongly recommended that guests turn off the air conditioning when it's not needed or when they're not in the unit. There are also ceiling fans located in each bedroom and living room for comfort. If the guest turns the AC off when they are not in the unit, they will most likely not be charged any overages because that usually will suffice for their permitted usage. Obviously leaving it on all day would result in charges.

In the summer months there can be a heavy amount of rain and insects do seem to be more plentiful. This is something to note when considering travelling in PV through July - September.

Guests will have full access to Penthouse 6B and the contents of which it accommodates. Guests will also have shared access to the rooftop, it's infinity pool and lounge area.

The Serenity building is located on Basilio Badillo street east in Zona Romantica (Emilano Zapata), Puerto Vallarta. This is a concentrated area of restaurants, bars, art galleries, Los Muertos Beach and Lazaro Cardenas Park. Although zona romantica is the most sought after area to visit in Puerto Vallarta, Serenity's location is situated quietly just out of the action. This leaves guests to enjoy a rooftop infinity pool with views of the mountains, architecture and Ocean. Convenience has finally met its match in comfort.

Getting around couldn't be easier given the location of Serenity. Walking only minutes west, down Basilio Badillo street, you will find everything you need as far as food, drinks, medical, restaurants and bars. If walking is not a preference, contacting Uber or a taxi would be more than practical.

An important detail to note about the location of this building is that it is within a flat, walking distance to restaurants, bars, art galleries, Los Muertos Beach and number of different attractions.

Any towels, facecloths, sheets, bedding permanently stained by make up, blood, coffee, wine, etc will be charged for. If I could also ask you to please be aware of the floors and counters everywhere. They are made of delicate materials and can stain easily. Even placing a cold cup on the floor, in this climate, can result in permanent stains.
