Walking distance to shopping food bars and beach . Room was very clean . Outdoor space nice and breakfast was nice . Cons no parking only 4 spaces , only 1 wardrobe small space for belongings . It was 2 of us in a double . So 4 people definitely would be crammed .Cable tv was very staticky. Overall would definitely stay here again
Very disappointed with headaches that occurred due to unfortunate circumstances of choosing this hotel. Area is exepensive and huge tourist trap. We had to drive 40 plus minutes to be able to see other great destinations. Only nice thing about this hotel was the breakfast!
Hotel was decent nothing spectacular but good price and close to the main touristy area in San Juan by condado beach. Great air conditioning. Very much appreciated during those humid nights!! Safe area. I would recommend looking for street parking vs paying the 17 dollars a night if you are on a tight budget as the area is safe and street parking can be found. Staff was not too helpful. Wouldn't stay here again not only because of the hotel but the area itself. Way too many tourists-felt like I was still in nyc. Next time I'll consider staying in a different part of pr or culebra or vieques island as I was looking for a different feel. Overall if you plan to stay here, rent a car and venture out to different areas of pr!
Room was clean, two blocks from the beach. Margarita at the front desk went out of her way to try and book activities for may son and I .
The hotel is very clean, conveniently located, the facilities are very well maintained. The staff is friendly, extremely professional, they addressed a couple of concerns we had in a timely fashion and with a smile (thank you Margarita, you are simply the BEST!). They have a roof top with a jacuzzi and seating area, as well as a bathroom with a shower you can use during your check out day. The breakfast is very decent and you get unlimited coffee, tea and lemonade 24/7 at the bar. The room is big enough, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom was pretty big and with all toiletries you might need. It's a great option considering the price!
Loved the complimentary breakfast, juice and coffee station. The location was nice, as was the pool and hotel grounds. Staff was accommodating.I A full bed it's way too small. Towels for the pool would've been much appreciated.
Clean, good area. Staff was excellent in every way. They helped plan and book my excursions.
Great small hotel. The staff are awesome, the facilities are quaint and the experience is "local." It's not a resort and doesn't try to be. If you want a great vacation that provides warm friendly service, clean rooms and a more "authentic" experience then this is where you should stay.
What a find! Two blocks from the beach, and within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. But the location is only part of this hotel's appeal. The staff is bend-over-backwards helpful, the amenities are great (the free breakfast, the jacuzzi tub, and the endless supply of beach towels in particular), and the rooms are efficient if not quite spacious.
We had a wonderful time there. People were extremely friendly and helpful.
The staff at the Coral Princess could not have been more helpful. Everyone we encountered was extremely friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to be sure we had everything we needed and to answer any questions we had. The hotel was clean and comfortable, close to the water and to San Juan, and within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping areas. We loved our stay at the Corall Princess and thank all the staff for making it grat.
Hotel was good. Small pool. Room was comfy. Staff was great!
I was very satisfied with our stay. It is located in Condado area, which has a beach, places to dine, etc. The price was great, also the hotel is close to the major highway as well. Next time I come to visit, I will book the Coral Princess Hotel.
This hotel does not match the pictures or the description. If you're looking for a boutique hotel surrounded by renowned design and fashion boutiques, nestled amidst typical city buildings...and as you enter this smartly designed Boutique Hotel, there is a sense of purity and perfection. Filled with energy and style, spacious guestrooms provide elegant yet modern sensibility and sweeping views of the city skyline, go somewhere else. When I arrived, I had to be buzzed in to the front door. The lobby is very small with the elevator two feet from the front desk. As soon as I found my room, I called and asked for the room in the picture and offered to pay any additional charges. They told me that I had the best deluxe room and that the others were not as nice. No pillowtop mattress, no down comforter. No patio. No city view and/or Courtyard view and/or Garden view and/or Pool view. No in-room safe. No cordless phone. No washer/dryer in the room as implied. No outdoor access. One picture, no curtains, no decorations, very bare. The hotel staff were polite and prompt with any requests. It's the gross misrepresentation of the property and surrounding location by the property managers/owners that I find distressing. I saved for over a year for this vacation and was very disappointed with my hotel choice.
Hotel staff was friendly, great location 1 block from beach!
very modern hotel and clean . Only one block from sea and great street with restaurants around , Walgreens, and a little grocery shops. Everybody were so nice and even girl who was helping at the breakfast told us a lot of very good places to visit and was super nice( her name is Margarita). if I ever come back to San Juan I will definitely stay at this hotel.
We stayed a few days in the Coral Princess last April, and really liked it. The staff was very kind, helpful and willing to give information on plans for seeing the surroundings. The breakfast staff was especially kind and up-beat, helping get our days off to a positive start. Loved the orchids in the garden areas! Location of the hotel was good for being able to walk around Condado, catch the bus into San Juan etc. One small difficulty was parking- the 5 or so spots in front of the hotel were often full, requiring us to drive around and around looking for on-street parking, which on a few occasions meant being up to 2 blocks away. This is a good place to stay; I would love to see it in full bloom when the upstairs areas are also available to guests.
My husband and I stayed in the Coral Princess for three nights prior to our Caribbean cruise. The hotel was perfectly situated on a quiet street, a short walk from Condado beach. Our room was spotless, two double beds, large bathroom with complimentary toiletries. The staff were always pleasant and helpful, and breakfast was ample each morning. I would certainly stay there again.
it's a good location, clean room, very helpful friendly staff, not bad breakfast, nice all day coffee and juice. Nice price/value ratio.
Great location, we were able to walk to several nice sandy beaches, also many fine restaurants at all price levels and options. We rented a car and spent the day at the El Yunque National Forest, (rain forest). Walked Old San Juan. So much to see and due that we will be back next year.....Thank's to the friendly people of Puerto Rico.
