The staff and area were so welcoming! We loved our stay with them. There is a bakery next door with good food and there is a store right our front if you need anything. We loved the café on the corner as well. Would definitely recommend staying here and will be coming back!

Good apartment to stay in, clean, cold AC, small fridge. Parking and on site laundry was very convenient. If you can brave the heat, Old San Juan is only a half an hour walk, even less by car.

The location was amazing, right in between Old San Juan and Condado Beach, and only about 5 minutes from the T-Mobile District. We were close to everything: bars, restaurants, beaches, nightlife, and entertainment. Unfortunately, the apartment itself had major issues. There was a noticeable mosquito and ant problem that made the stay uncomfortable. Unless you bring strong repellent like Off, be prepared to deal with bites and itching throughout your stay. Great location, but the condition of the apartment really brought the experience down.

I’ve stayed here twice, and I think it’s a great place located very close to Old San Juan. It’s definitely a no frills place. There is definitely room for improvement, but I think it’s a good deal for what is provided.
