Hotel was fine. The lobby area needed some attention. We arrived early from a cruise ship and had to wait for a room. That’s understandable. We spent several hours waiting in the lobby area and there was food debris under the table.

The grounds were very clean and the person at the desk was very helpful getting me into my room earlier than check-in time. The pool area was doing some renovations but they made it not a problem using the pool area. The pool bar was not open but a temporary bar was set up so no problem. Fernando at the bar was great. And the inside bar was made friendly by Carlos. The limited menu is a good selection of sandwiches and appetizers which were excellent. Breakfast was just your usual scrambled eggs, sausage, and rotating french toast,pancakes, or waffles., but still better than some.

It's very difficult for most of us to actually get a good night's sleep in a room that houses a huge and loud (>80dB) AC unit that can't be totally turned off. Other than that, spacious room, clean, nicely furnished.
