The property, has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms connects to two of the bedrooms. The other bathroom is located near the master bedroom. This space is quite large and can fit 8 people comfortably. There is also a sofa bed in the living room area. Recently renovated, this space is the "flagship" of the casa Melasa listing, boasting its own backyard space with sun loungers a BBQ & a custom Mural by local artist "DeLaMente"; this space also brandishes a very large kitchen with 3 separate work/prep areas for you to impress your friends/family/lovers with your culinary abilities. Great communication! Well appointed, great ac, close to the main strip for food drinks and the beach. Very clean inside. Nice kitchen. Great bars on the corner with friendly staff.
