The room and grounds were all very clean. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s located in a quiet area north of town, so you’ll have a peaceful time. There aren’t many things around the hotel, which means you’ll have to walk a moderate distance or drive to restaurants, etc. Overall, a very nice property.

Very friendly staff and well educated on customer service. The young lady who greeted us was very helpful when we asked for direction. Our room was extremely comfortable and clean. My fault, I did book this place without looking on a map. So the proximity to dt Puerto Morelos was more of a short drive instead of a walk. Oh well, we still enjoyed our stay! P.S. our bed was super comfy💗

I honestly thought I was staying at an all inclusive resort . I could’ve been mistaken but has what I thought I booked but overall it was a beautiful stay. The room was clean and had all the amenities needed to stay for an extended time. It’s close to the beach and you can bicycle to another beach in less than ten minutes! Overall I enjoyed my stay. If you are a black person it’s not many of us there but everyone was nice and friendly.

Our room was exactly as pictured & described. We did have an oceanview but not panoramic due to trees & the property being set back from the ocean. My only critiques would be there was no daily housekeeping service provided and we had to ask for fresh towels after our third day. I noticed housekeeping once and I assumed guests had checked out and the room was being cleaned for next arrivals. The property is isolated from restaurants and the town square so you will need to take taxis or rent bikes. If you like a quiet, laid back, relaxing vacation then GRETA is the place for you.

Stunning ocean views. A beautiful property with an impeccable room. Some very nice people work there - from the sweet young lady at the reception, to the security guard and the lovely cleaning lady. Thank you all! The beach … was not great, full of seaweed, but this did not stop us from having a great time. We would go back in a heartbeat:-)

My husband and I had an amazing stay, the place is great, so quiet, has everything we need it. All the staff is so friendly ( especially Gali and Adriana) We definitely going to come back. We also loved Puerto Morales, what a cute town.

The property is new and room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property is located far away from any restaurants or shops for supplies. It is a long walk into town, so anyone who stays here should have a car. We were relying on taxi's and they had a hard time finding the place, so that was a bit frustrating for us. The rooms should also have a safe, there were no extra bath towels and kitchen towels, so we had to use the same towels for 7 days. We did not realize that we had to ask for clean towels. The beach is a short walk from the property, but there should be beach chairs for each apartment. It is a quiet place, the TV and Internet worked well for us.

Very kind staff. Everyone we talked with was pleasant. View was decent from the third floor. Lots of buildings in the way of the ocean- but seafront nonetheless! The hammock + ocean breeze is to die for. Shower is spacious. Bed super comfy. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Gorgeous property and rooms. Super modern and a beachy vibe. Has everything you need to cook with, even a smoothie maker! Loved the hammock. Rooftop was a huge bonus, amazing 360 views, a pool and lounge chairs. Beach towels provided too!! Lovely friendly staff, very helpful. Great proximity to beach, great views. Felt very safe. Loved our stay so much, highly recommend staying here!

Very private, very clean, views were amazing and great security. The staff was very attentive and gracious! If staying longer than 3 days make sure reception knows and ask for fresh towels and room upkeep. One lot from the beach therefore access to beach is end of street (sometimes big trash containers are present) via a short ally. Walking to town via beach 20min. we loved it!

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié notre séjour dans ce studio offrant une vue imprenable sur la mer et un accès très facile à la plage. Tout est propre, neuf et bien aménagé. La literie est très confortable, la cuisine est bien équipée, et la salle de bains offre tout le confort moderne. La résidence est au calme. À noter toutefois son éloignement du centre de Puerto Morelos (Uber ou taxi nécessaire). Je n’ai pas compris pourquoi un message m’a été adressé par une agence immobilière, avant mon arrivée, pour me demander de m’enregistrer en ligne et de payer une somme d’argent (s’il s’agissait d’une caution, cela n’était pas clair). Mes demandes d’explication à ce sujet sont restées sans réponse.
