Avoid

Don't recommend. Horrible rude staff, this is an AirBNB NOT a hotel. If they can't meet you to get you the key they will ask you to cancel through hotels.com where you don't get a refund and any dispute takes multiple days and HOURS on the phone. A week later and ruined vacation I still never got an apology or a refund.

Excelente ubicación y muy buena cocina.

Excelente ubicación junto al Mercado de Los Sapos. El personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. El único inconveniente es que no tiene estacionamiento y si dejas tu auto afuera, tiene el riesgo de que lo dañen. por las noches, una zona con mucha actividad y fiesta hasta muy tarde. Por lo demás, son pocas habitaciones y puedes pasar una estancia tranquila. Además, el Restaurante con una excelente comida

Importante mencionar que no es como tal un hotel, es tipo AIRBNB y nosotros llegamos muy tarde y no hay quien te reciba, en el sentido de si tienes algún tema con la habitación, solo está el conserje. No hay estacionamiento incluido por lo que hay que considerar ese gasto extra. Otro tema, en la habitación había un domo que entra mucha luz en la mañana, efectivamente hay un switch para cerrarlo pero no hay información en la habitación de eso, entonces nos despertó la luz tan temprano, se nos hizo mas gusto eso que no nos comentaran.

Gran lugar, la arquitectura histórica e increíble y la decoración contemporánea de muy buen gusto!! La ubicación del lugar no podría estar mejor, todo lo interesante del centro está a unos pasos!! Un poco oscuro en general y con poca privacidad, ya que a través de las ventanas se ve todo! El baño también tiene poca privacidad, por tema de diseño y ubicación, podría estar mejor aprovechado…. al ser un loft, sería bueno contar con algunas amenidades básicas, tipo café o agua. El restaurante no da desayunos, así que alguna opción continental estaría bueno!!
