This place is ok. Staff service is great and rooms are decent. Beds were not comfortable but decent, shower pressure was very low but enough for me to shower. Need ventilation I would definitely come back. The coffee tasters are GOOD.

Excellent location, the room was very spacious and comfortable, cleanliness was good, the food offered by the hotel was delicious, and the staff was attentive and friendly. We stayed for 7 nights and truly left with beautiful memories of Puebla.

Nuestra habitacion nunca tuvo agua caliente las dos noches que nos quedamos. Nos dijieron que iba estar lista al siguiente dia despues que les pedimos que si lo podian arreglar pero aun asi nunca fue arreglada. Tambien cuando limpiaron la habitacion no los dieron toallas nuevas. Yo les tenia que decir al siguiente dia.

The area is safe and the staff is super friendly. The floor of our room felt gritty and the shower was such a fine mist of water that bathing took quite a while. But we chose not to spend a lot of money, and for the money we spent, it was acceptable. Having coffee right downstairs was a plus!

The safe in the room didn't work and the staff didn't know how to get it working. The floor was never cleaned and made my socks black after walking around for a couple minutes. I had no towels, no shampoo, no soap. The shower head was broken and sprayed water everywhere causing the floor to become very wet. I was charged 120 pesos to have 2 kg of laundry cleaned. After being told it would only be 60 pesos. My hotel in downtown CDMX charged 30 pesos per kg. The hostess was very strange when I checked out. I gave her the key and she immediately started typing on her phone. I asked her if I needed to do anything else and she said no without looking up. Very strange. Never again.

This historical hotel - former casa- is situated two blocks from zocalo and booming streets filled with vendors. It was a great location, with helpful staff, and was a very unique Mexican hotel. It was very clean with WiFi and Netflix. The bathrooms are upstairs in your suite, the only downside of the 200 year old house was the water pressure, but that is to be expected in a historical home. They offer complimentary breakfast appetizers and coffee. Would stay here again!

A hotel we recommend.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Aroma. It was conveniently located and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and the King-size bed was comfortable. Also, the coffee is delicious! However, it was a bit chilly in the mornings when we ate breakfast because the door of the foyer is open and the temperature was only 8 degrees!

El hotel tiene su historia y es interesante pero, ha perdido el glamour de un Hotel. Esperaba que como en todos los hoteles a los que he ido, proporcionen shampoo y jabón por separado y no esperaba que el mismo jabón de manos lo usas para bañarte. Para eso, mejor pago un Airbnb que es más barato y no puedo esperar más que solo un lugar para dormir.
