We spent a week in Puebla for the wedding of my daughter. Despite undergoing renovations the hotel was clean and modern and the noise was kept to a minimum. The staff were also very accommodating and friendly and the breakfast package was delicious and a great deal.
I chose this hotel for a mother/daughter trip to Puebla! The location is right in town so you can walk everywhere . They upgraded us to a room with 2beds and small living area in the back so no noise issues for us! All staff at front desk and restaurant were very friendly and extremely helpful! They held our suitcase while we went to Cholula for the day! My daughter had left iPad and headphones in the room which we had not noticed and they had them at front desk for us when we returned to collect suitcase! Thank you to the honest housekeeper! We will return to this hotel again!
Hotel located in the historic center of Puebla, walking distance to points of interest, few blocks from the zocalo. Great views from the room (pictures attached ), friendly staff. It is a good hotel however walls seem to be paper thing you can hear everything which can be annoying at night. Rooms are small. What it amazing at this hotel is the restaurant, it has great food however very slow service. I would recommend this hotel, good value.
Wow this hotel is in the middle of spectacular views around downtown .very clean and the door man is amazing but make sure you ask for a fan or two be delivered to ur room . A lots of places to visit as bars , rest, church etc
I stayed here for a friends wedding. The first 2 nights I was in a single bed room. They had no qualms moving me to a 2 bedroom the last night since I had a friend who needed a place to stay. The two people at reception were very good with their English which was also very helpful. There is a restaurant attached to the downstairs which is nice, but a little expensive. Great hotel.
Nice hotel and free parking. Close to the city center, colonial style but with a Little noise if your room faces the street. Friendly staff and the best is the restaurant, rich food at a low price. Hotel extensively recommended.
nice clean room, Great location, easily walk-able to market, central plaza and cathedral. We had corner room with great views of city too. negatives are no air conditioning or fridge in rooms. Would recommend if you don't mind lack of air-con. Staff speak English even when I speak in broken Spanish.
Stayed here 3 nights during my trip to Puebla. Location is great, near Centro and Zocolo. Front desk staff were excellent. They changed our interior room without window to one that has balcony and 15 foot ceiling. Rooms were clean. Note the rooms don't have AC, but fans are provided. Will recommend to others!
The location was fantastic - great restaurants nearby in the Centro. The rooms facing the interior courtyard on the 3rd floor are just too warm though, my kids and I were melting at night even with fans and didn't sleep well. The staff was kind enough the 3rd night to leave the upper windows to the hotel open so air could circulate. It may just be a top floor in warm weather problem since all the air rises and the rest of the hotel felt pretty cool. We didn't get fresh night air though without an exterior window. Other than that, the hotel felt safe, and everyone was very kind.
This place is very close to downtown like 5 blocks away, rooms are very clean I took the 2 bed and sofa room, this is very spacious, customer service is great, the have a very nice restaurant, free parking, I definitely will come back again, thanks
