Great location right next to many restaurants and downtown area. Also near pick up for shuttle to a New Port Ferry.

Within walking distance of many things. Parking on site. Great bar.

Excellent staff Walking distance to both federal Hill and downtown

I really wish there was a usb port somewhere. Also they do not leave enough towels in the bathroom...No fridge is a downer for the price of a room.

Very nice generic hotel conveniently located for everything I needed to do. Will definitely stay there again.

All good, quick trip, convenient location, good restaurant

It use to be the holiday express inn that Hilton bought and you can tell. My shampoo/conditioner was half used. We asked for a fridge for medicine, it looked like there may be fungus in there, the outside was rusted and so dirty. The halls smelled like someone died there and it was a non-smoking section.

This hotel is extremely over priced. No refrigerator in room, ice machines are not available on each floor Restaurant needs updating and better selections. Food was horrible. The rooms have a disinfectant smell about them and they should invest in a vacuum. For the price, try the Omni, Marriott, or the Biltmore. This place is not worth the price they charge

We checked into our room on New Years Eve. The hotel charges you $25.00 to park which we paid. We parked our car next to the parking ticket booth which has a staff present. We did not drive our car after we parked as we walked downtown. We checked out of our room on New Years Day and when we arrived at our car the back window had been smashed. I went into the hotel and spoke with the staff and manager who seemed uncaring and stated " What would you like us to do? We are not liable". I was also told that they could not comp me anything as I booked my room through ORBITZ which is a 3rd party. This has been the worst stay ever and the hotel should provide better customer service.

Convenient location, walking distance to a lot of things; easy check in/out; underground parking

My experience might be described as nothing terrible but nothing great. Smallish rooms. The electrical outlet in the desk lamp did not work and instead of fixing or replacing it, they brought an extension cord. There is very little space between the desk and the bed so this was not a great place to work.

All was pleasant with the exception of the manager who was quite unprofessional. Convenient location. Easy in and out. Great staff for the most part. Comfortable beds.

The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. I'm not usually a hotel person since I like more unique experiences but if you're looking for easy and comfortable this will do.

The whole client experience from Check-in to Check-out is poor. The lobby, halls and rooms are shabby, tired and poorly lighted. Room carpeting was sticky and stained (could not walk in bare feet!) while the wall paper was peeling and the lighting was cheap fluorescent blue light. Not worth the $300 per night and not worthy of even 1 star. Weak effort by Hilton to exploit proximity to Brown University.

We arrived withou previous notification they suggest use your system and we receive a better deal than direct. Better than that impodibke. Nice room confortable the hotel very well placed etc

A very nice hotel. Convience to downtown. Very nice rooms and very friendly staff. Good service at the resturant. Clean exercise room, but was out of towels. I had a very nice stay.
