The staff was great. Complimentary breakfast, with lots of choices, was good every morning.

Loved the location and the overall comfort and cleanliness of the hotel, BUT we had issues with getting our room cleaned. Upon check-in at midnight after a full day of travel and three flights from the west coast, we were asked how often we'd like the room cleaned/serviced. We'd never been asked that before at a Hampton, and later in our trip we stayed at another Hampton in NYC and were not asked that. Service was automatically everyday- this is a hotel, not an airbnb. So, we asked for everyday, and upon arriving back at our room after our first full day out exploring, tired and ready for a rest, the room was not clean. We went to the front desk and they said the night person had entered the wrong clean days. They apologized, sent someone to clean the room while we waited in the lobby. The next day, after another full day out, we come back exhausted and ready for a laydown, and to our dismay, the room had been ignored again. To the front desk again, more apologies, more waiting in the lobby while room is cleaned. One time is a simple human error, two times, with different front desk personnel, is frustrating.

The staff was wonderful and so was our room! Thank you, we shall be back!

We had booked an "accessible" room that was represented to have room for a rollaway bed on the site we booked it (Orbitz). We did not get the accessible room or the rollaway, and the check-in clerk blamed our booking it with a third party for the misunderstanding. Also, extra charge for parking is nickel-dime stuff but annoying given parking is free with most Hamptons. It should be disclosed clearly at the time of booking.

This is a beautiful old 1920's banking building turned into a hotel, and it is in a great part of downtown. Walk or scooter to countless restaurants and venues. Staff is very nice and helpful in finding things in the area. Only word of caution is that my room did not have a mini-fridge so you must rely on the ice bucket, and not every floor has an ice machine. But otherwise the rooms are beautiful and spacious.

Right downtown 5.minute to river park 15 to brown 15 to capital 5 kennedy palza all dining also wothin 10 minute walk. Casino, airport, roger william park/zoo all 15 minute drives

The staff was excellent!!! Bob, Alex, and Taylor went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Great location, staff and room except for the bathroom door did not lock and the breakfast was very simplistic.

This hotel had everything we could need or want. Staff was friendly, helpful and pinch hitted for each other ex: reception staff- Jason jumped in to get our shuttle to our dinner reservation and to get our car when the staff they were calling were slow to respond Short walk to PPAC and interesting little shops. Breakfast was free and awesome! Such thoughtfulness to provide toiletries that were forgotten at home. Our room appeared very clean. I could Go b on!

The (i think) hotel manager was wonderful. He was funny, helpful, and extremely informative and accommodating. The only reason i want completely satisfied with the staff is that the valet seemed annoyed with his job and he drove my car up very fast and it quite honestly scared me. They had moved my seat as well. I work in the luxury car industry and that was a HUGE no no in my world. The room was perfect with a nice view, but it was not cleaned the second day, I'm not sure why? Breakfast was ok, a little chinsey, but ok i guess. I have a gluten allergy so i ended up not eating there. Over all i really enjoyed the stay and i plan on coming back for fun instead of business some time. Please tell the manager (if that's who he was) i appreciate him and that he's doing a great job and made my stay a little extra special! (I hate traveling lol) thank you!!!

Hi Matt, Thanks for staying with us and for your feedback. I am sorry you encountered issues with housekeeping service and I will get with staff to see where communication broke down. We are following the Hilton guidelines for housekeeping service which is only to provide stayover service on fourth day of stay unless guest request daily service. Again sorry for the issues and will address with staff. Thanks for staying with us.

I am sorry you encountered an issue with your reservation room type. I will be addressing further with the 3rd party. We are in a downtown location and do not have a surface parking lot. We do provide valet parking option and our rate is lower than most other hotels in downtown. Thank you for your feedback.
