Your cozy getaway awaits in Post Falls at this marvelous house. With 4 bedrooms including 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 2 twin beds, there's plenty of space for all guests. Formal living room with pull-out full sofa bed (the Library) and separate family room allow for lots of living space and relaxation. This home sleeps 8-10 people. The kitchen is well-stocked, a true chef's dream. This property offers two indoor dining areas and a deck with grill and outdoor dining/seating. The deck and main bedroom offer beautiful views of the acreage property along the Spokane river and the hills of Coeur d'Alene and Post Falls. The property has a high chair, port-a-crib, and bouncy chair onsite for infants and children. There are also ice chests, camping chairs, and beach towels available for our guests. Located just over a mile to Kiwanis Park with a swim beach and river access. This home is walking distance to the Spokane river (0.3 miles), just down Grennsferry untill it ends at Rodkey Drive (Rodkey Drive Public Access). Just 7.7 miles from Coeur d'Alene Resort and downtown Coeur d'Alene and just 26 miles from Spokane, Washington. You will enjoy the amenties of this centrally located property. There were plenty of utensils, dishes, pots and pans etc to cook 2 meals for our 93 year old Dad. The kitchen accommodated our 6 people very well. All was in good repair and beautiful. The house was festive with Christmas decorations. And was 5 minutes from Dad’s facility. So convenient! Thank you so much! B
