Across from truck stop and area around motel was trashy. Room was dingy and smelled heavily of de-odorizer. Staff were satisfactory during check-in. My spouse and I decided to give up our paid reservation rather than stay. Would not stay there in the future.

It wasn’t the greatest, had a moldy smell. We found a used needle hidden behind the iron. Rooms where not connected. On the picture showed a pull out couch bed and when arrived they said, they didn’t have any rooms with pullout couches so we had to get a second room pool closes early.

Staff was nice. Not sure if it’s due to covid but the breakfast was not very good at all.

Expedia overbooked the hotel and we disnt have our rooms

Hotel was not very full yet they put a screaming family of 6 or 7 in the room next door. Thats just rude

Staff was friendly, room was okay bed wasn't the best, but not the worst.

Our room was super clean, housekeeping was the best and the front desk was great!!

Very clean, great location, comfortable bed, nice breakfast options and staff were wonderful! Five stars!! ⭐️

The property was an average property. Obviously remodeled older facility, but done nicely. The room was a little warm as we like a cold a/c. Overall the property was fine. The breakfast was not very good. I've definitely had better continental breakfast, but that's my only complaint.

There was a gap between the door and frame where you could see right into the hallway. The bathroom door had patch in it from where a hole was. The room had a slant in it. The bed Sucked.

The staff was so nice. There is only one thing that made me upset. They keep the fridge unplugged in room to save energy. You are not saving energy.get an energy audit you would find out it is counterproductive.I am 50, I wear glassesWe checked in late.never payed attention to the sign on counter.or tiny magnet on fridge.I do not wear my glasses when I am very tired.such as checking in.consequently I lost $30 in sushie I had brought from Camas wa for my Daughter in law.made me upset.

Check in time was over 25 min and there was only one other person in line! The room was 55 degrees, and it took all night for it to warm up.

No elevator. Breakfast hours misposted. Dirty room. Toilet wouldn't flush.

Super loud hotel in need of updating the rooms. It said newly renovated so not exactly sure where that was done maybe the lobby. Seriously though never stayed in a louder hotel in all the hotels I have stayed at and I’ve stayed at many. The first night we stayed and the people above us woke at 6:25 in the morning and they were constantly moving and talking loudly for at least an hour straight. Pretty bad when you can hear the people upstairs from you. The worst part was the creaking floors so it made it unbearable. It woke 3 of us up. My son sleeps thru anything. We asked for a different room so they moved us to another part of the hotel that had no elevator but hey we wouldn’t have anyone above. We had to lug 4 people’s things up the stairs. That was fun. So after anticipation of the park the next day we were thinking hey we’d get a good nights sleep. Nope in the early morning we started hearing voices that were so loud. Come to find out they put us near the outside sitting area where guests could sit, eat, and chat. Well the park doesn’t open until 11 so I really wanted to sleep in especially from the day before and the long drive we had to get there. It doesn’t end here folks. After a long day at the park we get to come home to listening to people outside our window in the same sitting area drinking & laughing it up until about midnight when we couldn’t take it anymore and my husband talked to the front which there was no way they could not have heard them!

Good amenities and clean room.overall a decent stay.

Very friendly staff. Close to Couer d’Alene city center

Nothing fancy, but everything worked and the beds comfortable, limited bathroom supplies.got in late from Silverwood, so it worked out well for being on our drive home to Washington State. We would stay there again with the kids. Had a pool that was used by the kids and breakfast was decent.
