Good place. Surprisingly clean and sweet for a price cheaper than in motel

Surprisingly high-end amenities (toiletries, towels, and furniture) in a rather tired-looking older building. The public areas were definitely a bit dingy, and the bathroom was tiny. Also, lots of noise from people in the room overhead walking around — there doesn't appear to be a lot of soundproofing. But this was one of the more affordable hotels in the area, and I feel comfortable with the price:value tradeoff.

Would never stay here again. I’m usually not picky but the bed sheets had hairs on them like if they didn’t get washed from the previous stay & found what looked like a pube in the towels that were in the bathroom (good thing we brought our own towels) The over all cleanliness was just a joke! There was a bad smell throughout the facility. It said family friendly & I heard kids running through the hallways (Mind you those kids seemed like they lived their, we didn’t mind that at all or the noise ) but then someone called our room and complained about our kids being loud when they were already laying down. Don’t stay here!

I wish the pool was indoor, but that was my fault for not checking that.

Room smelled like cigarettes No hair dryer, fridge or microwaive

Property changed to a Red Lion. They are remodeling, however, property rebranded prematurely.

Smell of cigarettes, dirty stained toilet seat and shower, no comforter, dirty floors, hard bed.

Rooms very outdated and very small. Carpet appeared dirty throughout and property just not maintained. They appear to be in a remodeling process but it appears this only includes paint. Hot tub out of order and outside pool was not clean. I wanted an outdoor pool for my grandchildren to play in but I would not let them use the area. Very disappointed because property did not look like pictures on internet.

The room was so dirty. They did clean it when i showed them the mess. Then at 1:00 in the morning someone tryed to enter our room. Startling my young kids. For the money I would stay somewhere else next time.

Newly renovated hotel with different name. We booked Riverbend Inn but when we got there it was Red Lion Inn, they said they overbooked for the night, so upgraded us to a 2 queen beds for the same price. But the upgraded room has no refrigerator. Room amenities are basic. Continental breakfast includes the usual, plus waffle, boiled eggs and sausages.

The room was clean and everyone was really friendly. Staff was great and so was the breakfast

My 2nd visit to property. To be fair, they were renovating the lobby, exterior and some rooms. My room was remodeled. Fridge was off. Floor had not be vacuumed as i found a pen and unopened whisky bottle. Shower did not drain. Breakfast area always had full trash, second day no pancake mix. No real eggs- just hard boiled. Guys who were doing remodel monopolized breakfast tables 1st day. We got what we paid for. Staff was pleasant enough.

Well 530 am i hear yelling from room. Cops came and arrested a staff worker.

good, economical one night stay. room was comfortable and quiet. Desk staff very friendly and helpful.

My wife felt the motel was dated. I thought it was simple. Room still gets that paper around the toilet seat. Otherwise, rest of the room was clean. The hangers are in a closet so we need to open the closet doors to let things dry. The dining area is small but loaded with variety, perfect for breakfast in bed. Waffle maker, hard boiled eggs, sausage, plus the typical continentals such as bagels. Great price, excellent place to crash after a long drive or long day at a popular theme park. I saw one exercise bike in an indoor hot tub. Outdoor pool, unfortunately another guest started smoking.

Needs deep cleaning. One room needed clean sheets. Needs new mattresses and pillows. Adequate breakfast.

I booked our stay due to a record breaking wind storm left much of Spokane without power, including my home. Definitely not a vacation! With all rooms in the city already booked, we were lucky to get a room at the riverbend . I was concerned about the reviews after I booked, and arrived with low expectations, I have been endlessly and pleasantly surprised! It's not a fancy place, but it is well staffed with caring friendly un fancy people! It lacks all kinds of amenities, but I was ok with it. The price is very reasonable, breakfast is good. My room was very clean...and I know because I used to clean hotel rooms for a living. If you want fancy, this is not your place. If you want to be yourself, and need a safe, clean, friendly place for very little money...this is a good place to rest.

Was in town to visit a friend, and we stopped in early and they let us take a room early. Rooms were clean and nice, all the staff were courteous and nice. Great value for the price, and a great location just off of I-90.
