This is such a beautiful and perfectly outfitted space. Two beds, 2.5 baths. Clean, airy, easy access. So comfortable - with a lovely kitchen and eating space. Great beds and bedding. Great location to walk all around Portsmouth. Wonderful communication with the host. All the thumbs up!

The unit is absolutely gorgeous!! So spacious and centrally located. It is so well appointed we did not have to worry if we had forgotten anything - they thought of everything: toothbrushes, make-up wipes, coffee filters AND coffee for the maker! So clean and inviting. We were four women on a shopping trip. Two of us LOVED the extra firm beds but the other two would have preferred a softer mattress. No worries - they opted to sleep on the ultra-comfy couch instead. I can't say enough about our host who answered every question in record time and was available after hours for a question about the heat. We will definitely be back and I would highly recommend The Penthouse at Penhallow to anyone!

Perfect location close to everything downtown. Penthouse was spacious enough for my family. We enjoyed having use of the kitchen and being together in the living space. Had the opportunity to eat at Cure the night we got there which was extremely convenient as it was just downstairs.

Beautiful pent house apartment, central to everything. They’ve thought of all the little things, kitchen very well stocked, clean with plenty of extra linens. Great location, so nice to just walk out the door and into the town. We would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting Portsmouth.
