The heater was broke we froze all Night , the worker could not get it to turn on

I loved the rooms and how spacious it was, super neat. I didnt like how the tvs had connection issues. We had to switch rooms and the problem still occured.

The walls are thin and many neighbors keep different sleeping hours.

I like the, location and that theres a bus stop close by. I like rhe size of the room, the kitchenette. The staff was friendly. The price is great. Didnt like: ants, dogs barking, no replacement towels or house keeping.

I ended up not staying at this property. It is in a terrible part of town and an "extended stay" hotel, the Lyft driver informing me that this is where prostitutes come. People in the postage-stamp parking lot - a heavily tattooed man and women in skimpy spandex, were outside. The driver said he would not want anyone he cared about to stay there. I'm really surprised this is an Orbitz listed and rated hotel. A waste of money but I was not comfortable at all with this place.

No batteries in the remote on the TV no shampoo mattress is hard as a rock will not come here again

Could have used a couch. Thanks for being dog friendly

Close to airport is about the only positive comment. Room service only came once while we stayed. Checked in and had not even a quarter of a roll of toilet paper. Heard every noise from the street. Garage key did not open all of stay. Room had a strange smell.

It's right next to a very busy road with traffic that runs all night long.. one of the four staff members I encountered are actually friendly.. the area is pretty ghetto.. I have lack of a better word to use.. and seems like most of the guests are very active during the night in the early our mornings..

When we left for the day, no one came in to clean our room. We came back to dirty towels and linens. And speaking in terms of linen, I feel like they were not clean at all. I can smell nothing but odor when I am covering myself with it when sleeping.

We weren’t in the room much. Cute room had a full sized fridge microwave even a stove top. Didn’t have a closet or blow dryer and I couldn’t access one. CASH was awesome though! The rest of the hotel staff was friendly. We would stay again if we needed something cheap and easy

The room was much nicer than we expected from the listing and from the first impression we had of the facility. It was large, clean, and we loved the full side refridgerator!

I was given a key to an occupied room. It startled both me and the family inside. I was issued another key and a "new" room, and decided to use the deadbolt. The lock didn't work. Also, the lights by the sink were burned out - its hard to shave in the dark well.

Flight arrived around eleven..got to motel a little before midnight. Was told no more rooms even though i had my confirmation number and had called earler that day that I'll be coming in late. Front desk don't even have the info i had printed out regarding my reservation. Stood outside for an hour trying to figure out which hotel to go to. Overall..worst experience ever, won't go back or recommend to even animals.

Wish we read reviews before booking. Cops in lobby when we arrived. Pretty unpleasant part of town. Room had nasty, broken furniture. Power was out in the morning.
