Decent bed, nice room layout (no pots & pans in kitchen even though there's a range...odd). Awkward TV placement and they really should invest in elevators. MAX could be heard going by albeit muffled. $22 for parking in their own lot is crazy.

The attendant Cody was very helpful, but the property overall was very worn down, old couches, rooms smelled musty (we tried 3 rooms) and overall disappointing for the price paid. Felt more like a Motel 6.

A wonderful room and breakfast, but $22 to park?!?

The room was clean and spacious. The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Spacious room close to downtown. Gel tray continental breakfast.

We had a blast recently with the property in portland. Everything is fantastic except couple of issues 1) first day when I asked for extra towels in the evening, nobody came and gave us towels eventhough we were told somebody would 2) car parking fee of 22$ is outrageous.

Close to restaurants and shopping. Walking distance to the mall. Helpful staff friendly

pleasantly surprised there was a heated outdoor pool and an awesome hot tub!!! always found clean towels down at the pool. the room was nice and clean, loved having a "loft" area ~ that had the biggest bed and biggest tv. the living room was a little small for more than 3 people to sit comfortably (2 on couch and 1 chair) we pulled in other chairs and made it work for the 5 of us. LOVED having a FULL kitchen ~stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, plates, silverware ~ we could cook!! Will definitely stay here again and look for a hotel like this for future traveling :-) Almost forgot the BEST part!!! BEST BREAKFAST EVER at a hotel!!! scrambled eggs, with fixings (cheese, salsa, etc) 2 kinds of sausage, biscuits and gravy, array of muffins and pastry's, oatmeal, dry cereal, Belgium waffle makers with syrup, whip cream and other toppings! ~ definitely worth getting up for! alot of people for breakfast but they never ran out of anything and keep up with bringing more food out and there's 2 seating areas so always room to sit :-)

Great location and very nice staff. We felt very welcomed!

Apartment style rooms. Great breakfast in the morning. Very close to the mall and public transit.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and close to Moda Center. We were able to walk every where. Very close to the mall and MAX. The breakfast was very good and the kitchen was very useful. It was a little on the expensive side and the toiletries were sparse (but I don't stay in a hotel for the toiletries). I would stay here again, but hopefully with a better price.

The check-in was friendly and efficient and the brief description of the amenities very helpful. We were impressed by the many retail shopping opportunities and cinema within a short walking distance. The location was perfect for our trek around Portland and we plan on returning to this Residence Inn on our next visit.

I like the spaciousness of the room. It's almost a suite with a decent kitchen, living area, sleeping area, and bathroom. Despite having a kitchen in the room, they also offer a decent breakfast.

We have been staying at this hotel over the last 14 years as our granddaughters have grown up in Portland. It remains a "home-away-from-home" for us as we visit our family there. Our oldest granddaughter spent her first night away from home with us there! The rooms are comfortable, the breakfasts great, and the exercise room a place to work off the excess. We will be back

I love the pet friendly policy and the free breakfast!

While this was not the fanciest place, it definetly served our purpose. The room was clean, the staff was helpful and the location was good - very centrally located and easy to find you way to/from. One note - the speed bumps in the parking lot nearly took out the bottom of our rental car, so you do need to go v-e-r-y s-l-o-w-l-y over them - especially if it's not your own car!

Served it's purpose for a one night stay while attending a Blazers game. Light switches throughout were very confusing. Not luxurious, by any means. No pay-per-view. No listing of what's on (had to search through each channel to see what was on tv). Seemed a little over-priced for the value/comfort.
