The only reason why this hotel do not receive 5 stars is because the hot tube was not working during my stay. I was told it was down for the past week and I was really looking forward to it.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. As we were leaving this wonderful lady came running out to the parking lot waving our grand daughter's bathing suit that she had left in the bathroom. We appreciated the extra effort and her beautiful smile!!

Close enough to the freeway. Comfortable & no noise from the road, etc since its in a business park. Applebees, salad place & fish house all within a walk across the parking lot. No on site restaurants but there is a bar. Staff was super friendly. Out only mishap was not having any towels at the pool. Had to call several times & it took about 30 minutes or so which was a bit long after we were finished swimming.

The room was clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. Hotel close to freeway.

The carpet in our room was gross! Would not stay again unless carpet was changed the balance of our rating/stay was good.

Had a great time, hot tub was hot and the bed was comfy. Awesome staff, very helpful.

My wife's family lives in Vancouver. Not having enough room for us, we always stay at the Phoenix Inn when visiting. The value is incredible. The rooms are clean and spacious with couch, flat-screen TV, microwave and fridge. The staff members are very friendly and courteous.

Good place to be during the ice storm. Close to I 205

Staff were super friendly & we got a quick check-in. We had a nice quiet room on the 3rd floor. Comfy beds & couch. Room had stained carpet, but smelled & looked clean. Dual sinks were nice outside of the bathroom. Bathroom average with toilet & tub/shower. Pool area is nice. Jacuzzi was piping hot the way we like. Good hot breakfast & cold breakfast options. Great helpful people working for this hotel. Location is within walking distance to multiple restaurants. Would stay here again.

Room dirty, was in a room on first floor next to exit door to parking lot. no springs on the door and security lock broken. The door slammed shut and my room shook every time someone went through the door. The door was used unlocked and people went through the door all night long.

great beds, pillows, lots of tv stations alot of food choices I highly recommend this hotel ,north side of motel was very quite.

The Phoenix is a very convenient hotel located on a main strip of activity in Vancouver. The rooms are big, and they offer a full breakfast (free). The staff is helpful and friendly. There are several restaurants, like McGrath Fish House, right next to the hotel. There are many stores nearby. The freeway is approximately 1/4 mile away. Very convenient.

Great value. Clean, roomy. Bed was very comfortable, was a pullout in the sofa, and a dividing wall between the sofa and bed. TVs were old, need to be updated. Morning breakfast was good, consisted of make your own waffles, eggs, french toast, pastries, fruit, juices, hot drinks (Stash teas) and good coffee. Staff was very professional. Good to decent location.

Good location. Very friendly and upbeat staff. breakfast was good. hot tub was hot and pool was clean!

Clean hotel, very nice staff, pretty good free hot breakfast that goes beyond your basic toast and cereal. Seems like most guests are business travelers, at least during the week. I stayed there with a 2 year old and the staff was very nice to us. Surprisingly comfortable bed.

Stayed at the Phoenix Inn for 4 nights while visiting Portland. The hotel was conveniently located near the airport, downtown Portland, the Pacific coast, and the Columbia Gorge. We were able to pack a lot of sights into our short stay due to the location. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, taking the time to discuss downtown Portland with us and options for transportation as well as letting us know he "good" and "bad" sections of the city. Room was clean and spacious. Pool was clean and not overcrowded with families. Continental breakfast was beyond what we expected or ever receive on the east coast. Overall this hotel was a steal for the price and convenience. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Clean bed with warm bedding. Pool and hot tub had clean water if a bit strong on the chemicals. Morning breafast had a good selection if a bit plain. All the staff we met were friendly. Pretty easy to get to from PDX airport, 10 minutes or so 1/2 mile off I-205. Not a high end hotel but a good hotel at what was a fair price for us. We sayed for a week visiting family in Portland

The room was wonderful, no complaints there at all, but the toilet was about to overflow, and we needed someone to fix it. We were offered the plunger, instead. Really?

We have stayed at the Phoenix in Vancouver a couple of times and the staff is always friendly and helpful and the rooms clean and comfortable. I find the beds super comfortable. Breakfast is included with your stay and while it is not gourmet, it is good and offers quite a variety that is especially appealing to families with young children.

Good except the toilet stank....like urine.

Thank you so much Jim for your 5 star rating on Orbitz. So glad our housekeeping team caught you before you traveled off and your grand daughter's bathing suit ended up in our lost and found. I can't wait to share your review with our team. We look forward to serving you again.
