Very nice hotel in a great location. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and courteous. Easy walk to many restaurants/bars in the Old Port area. We booked a King bed room but they told me they ran out of rooms with a King bed. Not sure how that happens but they upgraded us to a suite which was large and comfortable.

Room was excellent, clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff was also excellent, always very friendly and knowledgeable (of the hotel and the local area). The elevators were a bit confusing. One goes to the parking garage and the other only goes to the first floor, where you have to exit the building and go into the garage. Signage for that should be more obvious. A large sign in the first floor lobby should inform first time guests where the front desk is. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Firstly, I had provided an ESA (Emotional Support Animal) letter for my pet. However, despite this, I was informed that the letter was not honored, and I was charged an additional fee for my pet. This was quite unexpected and disappointing, as I had followed all the necessary guidelines in advance. Secondly, I was told that I had an amenity credit on my account, yet I was still charged an amenity fee. This discrepancy added to the frustration and did not reflect the level of service I expected. I believe in the importance of clear communication and consistency in policy enforcement, and I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

We had a suite room, which was quite large, with a view of the harbor and cruise ship terminal. Everything needed was provided, and more. We were able to extend checkout an extra hour to accommodate a morning tour we had scheduled, which was much appreciated. Also, the hair dryer was one of the best hotel hair dryers I've ever used.
