Great location

Loved the hotel! Only two things I didn't like: (1) the shower did not drain properly, so you are standing in 2 inches of dirty water and so it also partially floods the bathroom floor, and (2) they won't let you pay directly for your food and drinks at their restaurant, you have to "charge" it to your room, and so I had a $298 pre-authorization amount tied up on my bank account for a week AFTER my bill was already paid in full (hotel and restaurant). Other than those two things, it was absolutely amazing!!

Adorable little gem in Portland. In the middle of all the action. Staff was super helpful and changed our room because of a sound we heard.

Very close to the water and shopping and dining! Nadia was great at the reception desk when we checked in. Valet services were great as well.

Hotel was very cute and the front desk staff were great! When I booked the hotel, it was self park with a fee. But when we arrived it was actually valet parking only which was much more expensive and less preferable for my personal taste. Their Orbitz profile now lists the valet policy.

The decor is pretty. The showers need a vigorous cleaning. Very expensive considering few amenities and no in room housekeeping. Friendly bar staff. Hotel staff don’t wear masks but housekeepers can’t clean rooms? Location is great.

Beautiful old brick building on the edge of the Old Port (so a perfect location). Our room was spacious and very well furnished. Our room had a beautiful garden view. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. Our only complaint is our king mattress felt lumpy and cheap. Rumor has it our room is not the only one that could use a serious mattress upgrade. It's bummer that everything else in our room was perfect but we left three days later feeling sleep deprived and yearning to get home into our own Nectar king mattress. BTW, you can buy a great king foam (in a box) mattress for only $1000 -- or the equivalent of a two-night stay during peak season -- so time for some room upgrades!

Everything was wonderful. Down to the make your own Starbucks coffee station on our floor. Because of COVID the breakfast options were super lame but other than that it was perfect!!

Had a great stay ! We will be back . Fantastic staff and great service and location

Fantastic room and staff, especially considering pandemic rules

Excellent location to the “Old Port” area of Portland .

Very comfortable. Great location for walking around Portland. We stay here when ever we come to town.

Staff is excellent. Helped us when our flight was delayed. Holiday decor was lovely. Enjoyed every minute of our stay!
