Staff was over the top friendly. Matthew from Bucks County PA was really helpful & super friendly to our fur-babies. Two dining options within the hotel. But hundreds more waiting within walking distance of the hotel.

Location is decent but not that great if you are looking to be close to the Old Port (where all the bars and restaurants are located) thankfully there is a shuttle. Our room was clean but smelt stale and walls were thin. Not only was a dog barking loudly on our floor, we could hear snoring from a room close by. Was excited to visit the Top of The East because of the views and delicious food but was deeply disappointed. Food was trash, not worth what they were charging. Overall experience was underwhelming don’t know if we’ll be back. Wouldn’t recommend unless your looking for an economical room, there are better options closer to the all the action.

Historic hotel, great location.

Beautiful old building with lots of character, charm, and elegance

Hotel has great location. Staff was welcoming and helpful. C2 breakfast was a good value. WiFi not great.

Clean & beautiful. Did not bring our dog, but pet friendly

Beautiful hotel and a short walk to Old Port!

Property was fine and rooms were good for the price.

Towel had brown spots. Uncleaned rooms

Excellent Hotel

The beautiful exterior of this historic hotel makes the very bland, corporate interior a disappointment. The lobby is very bland and feels like an upscale Hotel Inn. The room was functional, but not what one would expect from such a price.

The location looks a bit sketchy, but it was really safe. It is within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The view from our room wasn't that great. But the view and service from the restaurant was exceptional.

comfy beds, would love another chair so 2 people could enoy sitting, but not in desk chair

Great location and wonderful employees!!

Very personable and informative staff. They were more than happy to accommodate my needs and questions about what and where to go

Windows are small not a great view at all also no shuttle service.top floor eastview bar very expensive bartender not a hood drink maker view was very nice .WE had no shuttle service from the airport or anywhere else eventhough it said they offer it .STaff was very uptight not friendly at all more robotic. Comfortable bed and nice shower.
