Stay was ok. Room was very clean. Had an extremely loud neighbor with a barking dog keeping us up at midnight. Complained to front desk. Nothing was done. The Bistro restaurant is a joke. No food while we stayed even though they advertise food. No breakfast items in the morning other than fruit cups. Thankfully many eateries within walking distance. Becky’s diner is great! They lock the front door at night which is fine but it was locked on a Sunday at 4:30pm. You have to walk around the back of building to get back in. Staff was polite. Valet staff were great. Love having the car running and warm after we checked out. Probably would not stay again.

Majority of your staff was over the top AMAZING! Your location is very nice, presents a great, fun, safe atmosphere! Easy to walk the area full of everything imaginable. Room was very spacious and clean. Only exception was the shower. Mold spots in the corner that was easily reachable to clean and glass had not been cleaned. Overall this was a fantastic place to stay.

Our stay at Courtyard was the worst part of our trip. To start, the staff is not friendly or welcoming. The valet is super rude and none of the front desk personnel were welcoming. They all seemed to not want to be there. Our room was spacious which was nice but not super clean. Additionally, it was advertised that the hotel had a coffee bar. Failed to mention the coffee bar is not open during the day. What a waste. Cannot even hang out in the beautiful lobby because there is nothing there. Even the tv didn’t work.
