The service was outstanding! From the moment we checked in until we checked out. A special shout-out to Benjamin, who delivered the bags, picked up a member of our party from the bus station and drove us to dinner during a brief but heavy downpour. The rooms were tidy, the beds comfortable, and the shower products were top notch so I didn’t need to unpack my own for our one night stay. We’ll definitely return!

Nice older property. Had some things that needed attention. Staff was very helpful especially the transportation staff. Room service was quick and good.

The hotel itself was a very pleasurable stay. The hotel staff was excellent. However we booked this hotel specifically for the amenities. The hot tub steam room and spa was most important for our evening getaway. We went to book massages and the spa staff was annoyed to even book it, they did not explain the services well and then the massages themselves were horrible. The massage I received was not good. They were expensive as most spa massages tend to be, but this was the most disappointing massage I’ve ever had… it was like the therapist was doing random things just to pass the time…
