Love the building, located in the perfect part of town where there is lots of history and the hotel is warm and cozy

Location was fine. The steam room is not available which was a disappointment. Valet was a plus. Room service was good. Preferred the food there as opposed to wandering out. Used the spa; deep tissue massage was expensive but felt worth it.

The property is well maintained, it has a great lounge & bar with knowledagble bar staff (amazing cocktails). The Valet staff were super friendly as were the front desk. This Hotel is in the heart of Old Port and most things are in walking distance.

Pretty from the outside and excellent location. But it’s too expensive for what they are offering. Which is a rundown dated hotel. Our room was small and the walls are paper thin. People were coming in at 4 AM and I could hear everything they were doing. Woke me up.

Is a beautiful hotel and the staff is very accommodating!

We had a great experience here last week - the hotel is in the middle of everything, walking distance to the waterfront, many many restaurants and bars, a ton of breweries - we couldn't be happier with the staff, so friendly and helpful. There's valet parking. The shower was fantastic, room was clean, bed was super comfortable. Thank you for a great stay during these times!

The best thing about this property other then the convenient location was the spa and the spa staff. The hotel was under going renovations which orbitz never mentioned when booking. I checked the Regincys site once we got there and saw they had a notice posted but it certainly understated the extent of inconvenience. We have stayed here a few times and this is the first time that I didn’t feel the staff was warm and hospitable. Our room appears to lack attention from the maid services. The conditioner In The shower was not replenished when we went to use it and our ice bucket still had the bag with water in it from the previous guests. Not an ideal experience. The only exception or bright spot in our stay was the spa and the spa staff. They were very accommodating and an overall wonderful experience. I would highly recommend the couples massage. As I said this was the first time we have not had a pleasant stay at the Regency. I’m hoping that this isn’t the new norm for them.

This has been one of my favorite places since the day it opened and one I feel offers the most value , for all that it offers guests. I am never disappointed with anything!!!

Sorry the restaurant wasn’t open yet. All else was just fine, as always.

It was wonderful! Great location, friendly staff, comfy beds, and really nice rooms

The place was in a great location to walk around all the shops down by the harbor. Staff never smiled and almost seemed annoyed that we were there. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

This is the nicest hotel! I can’t remember a hotel that was more impressive. The staff was more than accommodating. The room was impressive and very clean. The lounge was a cheerful place to eat a light dinner. Our visit was totally positive.
