Good wifi and comfortable beds.

Pleasant room, quite and secure. Good tv and wifi speed. Kitchen has all that you need. Bathroom is not comfortable at all. Not properly working, glued pot, leaking sink, not enough place to put somethind. Water on the floor everywhere. This cozy hotel needs more love and management attention. Now it is 7.0 only.

The room was spacious and very nicely decorated. Water was provided and the kitchen was fully equipped. Centrally located, about a 10 min walk to the ferry. The common area was cute, but the pool was shallower than expected.

Our stay at Valentina Suites was great. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The towels provided were clean and sufficient for our needs. We were lucky that a parking spot was always available in front of the property however street parking is readily available as well. All the guests staying there were respectful and not loud. The rooftop terrace and pool was a great spot to just sit and relax. The location of the property is great because you can walk to Quinta Av, grocery stores, restaurants etc... The manager was always available to answer questions and give helpful tips. I would recommend this property and I would definitely use it again when staying in Playa Del Carmen.

Um apartamento bem bonitinho e funcional

Valentina Suites é um apartamentinho. As instalações são bem boas e tudo parece novo, boas camas, só o chuveiro é que nem sempre esquentava. Gostei também da facilidade do check in porque independe de que alguém esteja no local para abrir a porta. Com o código que te passam, você acessa o prédio e o apartamento. Tudo o que solicitamos foi atendido prontamente. Só não é bem próximo à 5ª Avenida e à praia, mas dá pra ir a pé, sem problemas. Próximo a várias casas de câmbio. A região não é bonita, mas é seguro e, se estiver de carro, é possível estacionar em frente. Ficamos 5 dias e não tivemos problema pra estacionar em nenhum deles.
