VERY friendly staff on site. This property is a labor of love for the magnificant tree in the yard. The room has been recently renovated, but is sparsly furnished. The infinity pool is beautiful and new. Security within the complex is tight. The property is in a local area, not the tourist district. Many of the tenants are guides who work in the area. The entrance is across the street from an expensive resort which keeps 5th ave well lit. The Esmeralda beach and playa 88 beach, which are both amazing, are a short walk away. There is a great little restaurant near the playa 88 entrance to the beach.
