Living Room - Spacious with comfortable new queen sleeper sofa and chair. Includes fast 150+ WIFI, 50" flat screen smart TV with streaming apps, cable, bluetooth sound bar for streaming your favorite music, books, and games for your use during your stay. Private balcony with table and chairs.
Kitchen – New sleek and stylish kitchen that flows through to the dining room. White quartz counters and matching backsplash, bar area with two stools (great as a second workspace), modern wood cabinetry, new stainless six burner gas stove/oven, and full-size refrigerator. Includes blender, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, electric kettle and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal. Starter dish soap, sponge, roll of paper towels, and garbage bags provided. Two five-gallon bottles of drinking water included (additional available from condo or property management for a nominal fee).
Dining Room - Large table with seating for six. Lots of natural light and open to kitchen.
Laundry room - Located off the kitchen. Full size washer, dryer, and gas hot water heater. Two beach coolers and ice packs on the utility shelf for your use. Umbrellas behind the door.
Playa Kaan Condominium is a gated secure development with 24/7 staff on site and common grounds that include a swimming pool, tropical garden area, waterfall, and sun deck. You’ll be so relaxed and comfortable here; you’ll never want to leave! The condo includes one private parking spot.
NOTE: All guests will be responsible for electric usage, we include as a courtesy 20 KW electric usage per week during stay. For all excess electric consumption, we charge $3.50 MXN pesos per KW used. With responsible usage the bill is minimal. Payable one day prior to departure.
NOTE: Playa is booming, and everyone is building or remodeling throughout the city which could cause some noise. If emergency repairs or building maintenance have been scheduled to Playa Kaan during your stay you will be notified via Inbox message.
Playa Kaan Condominium Rules: 1. No Smoking. Please refrain from smoking anywhere within the condo. 2. No Pets: Pets are not allowed inside the condo. 3. Limit noise: Please refrain from playing loud music or making noise after 11PM to respect the other residents of the building. 4. No parties. Wonderful. We love it!.
I stayed with my family for one weekend. The location is perfect, closer to restaurantes, shops and supermarket. The decoration is beautiful. Confortable you have everything to enjoy the stay. The pool was a plus. The parking slot as well. I Will back for sure! Thanks to the owner Tony who provide us information and also be sure we have everything we need. Thanks to the concierge as well who always was open to help. Don't waste your time. Book this apartment.

We had a great time, everything was very nice, clean, and people were friendly.
We arrive late the first night and there was someone there to help us with our luggage and getting in the gate and our room. During our stay there was always someone there from the hotel management that could help you and they were keeping the place secure for everyone. Thank you for a great vacation to Playa!!
