They tried to change my reservation to single bed rooms after I had booked and confirmed one month in advance - that too on the day off - an hour before check in...after I had confirmed that morning that all was in place. Dirty rooms, garbage and cleaning carts in the hallways. No amenities in the room.. no utensils, plates, cups- had to go to front desk and get them- and they were dirty. Breakfast was “grab and go”. Stale- horrible experience- should get my money back- why does Orbitz even list them as a hotel facility and mislead visitors. I was with elederly extended family and it was a nightmare and shameful to lead them thru a dirty hotel for which I had paid 150 per room for a single night. Never again at Extended Stay America - am having second thoughts of booking hotels thru Orbitz. So far I have been a loyal customer to Orbitz and have had a good experience even for overseas hotel bookings- This was for a special occasion of my son’s graduation and left an ugly taste . Bad choice by Orbitz to list this facility at all!

I usually try to stay in Extended. I find the hotel and price comfortable.

Very friendly staff. The night host was wonderful and very courteous. The room was comfortable and clean.

we found BED BUGS!! It was horrible wven though we did recieve a refund, the experience of that was just creepy and we are still feeling itchy and disgusting.

Pleasant stay and it is what i expected from Extended Stay!

It was ok. There was only one thin pillow for each of us and you couldn't even use a cup without asking the front desk. Amenities that are usually basic in any other hotel were not provided. The amenities provided (a bar of soap and shampoo) were so small we had to ask for more which is something we have never had to do. Rooms are not cleaned every day so be aware if you bring back food or order some that the trash can doesn't fit much if you are staying more than one day. The staff was very friendly, but we were in a room right next to the lobby and could hear the staff answering the phone and speaking as if they were next to me due to the thin walls. Grab and go breakfast was a granola bar and a little coffee.

Not our first choice but our usual hotels were booked. It was fine, but definitely a bit run down.

There are all these fancy things, like refrigerator, cooktop, oven, microwave, and iron. But lacking hairdryer makes my stay tougher. And so the next day I changed my haristyle for the reason.

Furniture was uncomfortable and number of tv channels was pathetic.

The pictures looked better than the room in person. The queen bed looked like a full size bed. There were no dishes of any kind in the room we had to request for them. When they came with the items they wrere not well kept. The dresser was low to the ground which made the tv sit very low. Overall I did not like the room.
